Colby let go of me to walk to her and wrap his arms around her neck, kissing the top of her head. "I love you Ma." My heart melts when he shows what a Momma's boy he really is. She patted his arm, her eyes getting a little glassy. "I love you too sweetie. I'm glad you're home." He kissed her one more time before walking back to me and taking my hand, leading me to his room. "Do you wanna hang out with some of my old friends tonight?" He asked me, as we entered. He smiled and rubbed small circles on the small of my back. "Like a little warm up for Johnny's real party." "I thought it was a kickback?" I inquired, raising one eyebrow at him. He scoffed a little, but smiled at me. "All of Johnny's kickbacks turn into parties. Thought it would easier for you to meet some of the gang before we actually go to it. Maybe give you an idea of what it'll be like." I rolled my eyes at him, grinning at his worried tone. "We live in LA Colby. We go to a lot of parties, where people do a lot of wild things. I'm sure I can handle it." I watched him chew on the inside of the corner of his mouth, nervously. "But yes, I'd love to hang out with some of your old friends and get to know them." I added, watching his eyes light up. "Really?" He asked eagerly, like a puppy getting a treat. I giggled. Anything to see him act like this. "Yeah, really." I put my arms around his neck, letting my hands play in the curls at the nape of his neck. "When do we leave?" He leaned over kissed me quickly before answering. "I love you." "I love you." I answered back. "Always." He grinned. "Okay, let me find out where everyone is tonight, and then we can get ready and go. He let me go and pulled out his phone, texting someone. Dropping his hands back to his side, he looked down at his chest. "Oh yeah. I need a shower." He said, surprised, like he didn't know he had been working hard most of the day. His eyes traveled from my feet up to my eyes. "Wanna join me?" He asked, wagging his eyebrows at me. I let my eyes roam over his chest, tracing the tattoo he had there, before latching my lips onto his neck, earning one of guttural groans. I let my hands trail down his abdomen, scraping my nails lightly, to just above the waistband of his jeans. I pulled away just as he tried to bring me closer, shrugging. "Nah," I replied, smirking at him, and walking to the bed to sit down. "I had one earlier. You have fun though." His mouth dropped open a little, surprised at my teasing, before he recovered himself. He sucked in his bottom lip, letting his tongue play over it while he creased his brows, staring at me. "You wanna play, huh?" Colby started sauntering towards me, reminding me of a jungle cat stalking his prey. I gulped, but kept up my outwards bravada, wagging my finger at him. "Uh uh, remember, no..." I looked around the room like I was checking to make sure no one could hear me before continuing in a loud whisper, "sexual acts performed in this house." He narrowed his eyes, standing in front of me now. He leaned down, pushing me back with his shoulder, until I fell back against the bed, feeling the bed dip as he crawled over me. "Guess some rules are still meant to be broken." His voice came out raspy and deep. I didn't actually expect him to act like this, seeing as how I know he doesn't want to do anything in his parents house. I was just teasing. His lips came crashing down on mine, as his fist tangled in my hair, yanking my head to the side. His mouth tore away from my own, before it attached to my neck. I started to move my legs restlessly, before I wrapped them around his waist, biting back a moan. "F*ck," I breathed out, surprised at his intensity. His lips curved against my skin, and I could tell he was smiling. Probably proud of himself, arrogant ass. "You're gonna need a shower too Love. Don't start something unless you plan on finishing it." His breath sending shivers down my spine. Maybe that was his words? *A very heated time, plus a shower later.* I followed him back into his room, drying my hair with a towel, when his phone went off. He grabbed it off his dresser before he plopped down on his bed, wearing only sweatpants. "Dylan said they're at his place and we can swing by whenever." He told me, reading the text off his phone. "Okay." I felt a nervous flutter in my stomach. I always did when I would be meeting new people. Anxiety and all of that. I pulled on a pair of ripped black skinny jeans, and a Bowie t-shirt, before plugging up my blow dryer. Colby threw on his usual black skinny jeans, with a white and black striped shirt, pulling a black hoodie with the word SINNER on the front on over it. It didn't take us long to finished getting ready, since it was just a night with his friends in Kansas. I was excited but so nervous as he pulled me along with him, up the walkway to the brick home that we had just arrived at. He looked down at me and smiled reassuringly. "Hey, it'll be fine. Just a couple of friends. Nothing big." He rubbed my arm, trying to sooth me. I rolled my neck when we stopped at the front door, trying to relieve a little of the tension built up there. I didn't like being this way but it never failed. I took a few deep breaths and felt Colby's hand come up to my shoulders, kneading at the tight muscles there. I let my head fall back and enjoyed the sensation for a moment, before straightening up. "Okay, I'm good. I'm ready." I said, shaking out my arms. He laughed a little, as he watched me. "You know, you wouldn't think that you go to clubs all the time, with the way you're acting." I shook my head. "That's different. I don't have to know those people. These are your friends. I'd like to know them. I want them to like me." I replied shyly.
