When Bakugou is little, villains force him to do their bidding and make sure Deku never becomes a hero. He fails the moment Izuku is accepted to UA and the villains are out for revenge and punishment...

Katsuki cried as the bad man hit him again. He pleaded him to stop, but the man wouldn't listen to him.
"Listen brat, this would be a lot easier if you just complied" the woman sighed, getting bored of torturing the small child into doing their bidding.
"Are you absolutely sure this annoying little bastard has some kind of key role in the future? He seems nothing but a big trouble maker to me" the man snarled.

"For the last time, yes! If he can make Izuku Midoriya disappear, we'll have free reign once All Might falls!"
Once All Might falls... The words echoed in Katsuki's mind. All Might was the greatest hero alive! Nobody could defeat him! He whimpered as the man picking him up by his shirt.
"Listen up, Bratugou" he started.
"You are going to start bullying Izuku Midoriya to the point where he doesn't want to be a hero anymore, got it?"

"B-but he's quirkless!" Katsuki exclaimed, crying. He just wanted to go home!
"Do it or we'll kill your parents and your green headed friend" the woman hissed.
"We know where you live, Katsuki~ Do you really want your mommy and daddy to get hurt because you couldn't be a good boy~? Or lose your best friend~?"
"N-no... No! Don't hurt them!" the ash blond cried, making the two villains smirk.

"Looks like we found our weak spot... We'll come to check on your progress every once in a while. Tell anyone about this and we will know, understand? Don't tell Izuku or your parents or anyone else. That would be very bad of you and don't you know bad boys always need to be punished?"
"I won't! I-I promise!" he cried.
"I-I'll bully D-Deku! I'll m-make sure he won't be a-a hero!"
"Now that's a good boy~" the man grinned.

Bakugou shot awake in cold sweat, panting, holding his chest. He slowly sat up and closed his eyes, trying to steady his breathing. It was just a nightmare... They weren't here... They couldn't get to him anymore... The nightmares still haunted him, even after all this time. Later on he discovered the woman had a quirk that let her look into the future. Vision of some sort. The man was purely muscle, not much brain.

They'd stalked and threatened him his whole childhood, pushing him into convincing Izuku to quit being a hero. Katsuki had tried everything. He bullied him, beat him, put the whole class against him, made him the laughing stock. Fuck! He even told him to fucking jump off the roof! He pushed the fact Midoriya was quirkless and therefore unfit to be a hero. But Bakugou had always known he would get a quirk. The villains told him that much...

He also remembered how they talked about the fall of All Might... He shivered, remembering the moment he first saw the hero up close during the start of the school year at UA, knowing that he would be defeated that very same year. Yes, Bakugou had known the exact date for years at that moment. So when he was captured by the League... He clenched his fists, holding onto his blanket. No. It wasn't his fault. The fall of All Might wasn't his fault. It was set in stone.

The villains knew about it before they even contacted him. Before they regularly visited him... Kidnapped him for days to an end. His parents would scold hom every time he came home with bruises, unresponsive to their questioning. It wasn't that he didn't want to tell them, he just couldn't... He rather have his parents hating him, lecturing him to no end about how irresponsible and ego centric he was, than having them killed.
