The teachers have their own OTP's and All Might is the victim of all the chaos that follows.

This one shot is all over the place and shorter than I thought it would be but it is what it is I guess *shrugs*

All conversation fell silent when All Might entered the teacher's lounge, making the retired hero raise a brow.
"What's going on I'm not allowed to hear about?"
"It's not that you can't know, it's just that you're going to be weird about it" Midnight shrugged.
"What?" Toshinori asked confused.
"Nemuri was just telling me how close Bakugou and Midoriya have gotten!" Mic exclaimed, making All Might smile.

"Yes! They're finally working on their relationship and getting along. I'm glad. They're true rivals now"
"Or lovers" Midnight mumbled, making Mic snort.
"...What?" All Might breathed.
"That's right! I said it! I think your favourite students are hooking up!" she yelled, throwing her arms in the air. Yagi didn't know how to react, stuttering out half words and noises while Mic laughed.

"Told ya he would crash" Nemuri laughed.
"And BakuDeku is totally canon. There is proof everywhere"
"No way woman! Midoriya and Todoroki have had this vibe going since the Sportsfestival. They're totally a thing" Mic pointed out. All Might finally regained his sense of speech and frowned at his colleagues.
"Wait what? You guys are gossiping about your students' relationships?"

"Uh, duh? Are you a teacher or not?" Midnight asked, raising a brow.
"Come on All Might! Who's your bet on?"
"What? No one! And young Midoriya is most definitely not in a relationship!" Toshinori stated.
"What? You think he would've told you if he was?"
All Might was surprised at Aizawa's voice, turning around to face the black haired man with a cup of coffee.

"You really are his dad" he mumbled before sipping from his mug.
"Don't tell me you're in on this too?" Yagi asked as the homeroom teacher took a seat at the table next to Present Mic.
"His bet is KiriBaku" Midnight sighed.
"What?" All Might asked confused.
"Nemuri made shipnames" Yamada shrugged.

"Aizawa here says Bakugou and Kirishima are likely to be together"
"...I'm so confused right now" Toshinori whispered.
"And this is why we never gossip about our students and their love live when you're around" Midnight chuckled.

All Might may have slipped up and said something about Midnight thinking they were a thing to Bakugou and Midoriya during one of their OFA meetings. Katsuki had snorted and wheezed, almost choking on his own laughter at the idea alone as Izuku turned red and started rambling about how weird and strange that would be. But it did raise the question, who else did the teachers ship?

It wasn't difficult to extract the information from All Might, who wasn't sure he liked the way his students were whispering and chuckling as they left the room. Let's just say class 1-A was informed about the teachers and their ships very soon.
"Midnight... Thinks you're a couple?" Kaminari wheezed, pointing between Bakugou and Midoriya.
"She also thinks you're together with shitty hair, if that ain't fucking hilarious" Katsuki snorted, making Denki laugh.

"Dude! I mean, no offence, you're my best bro, but like, no home man"
"Wait and Aizawa sensei thinks we have feelings for each other?" Kirishima asked confused, looking at Bakugou.
"He also thinks Kaminari has a thing for Shinsou and he is not happy about it" Deku added.
"And Present Mic thinks it's on between Deku and icyhot! Can you imagine what boring couple they'd be?" Katsuki laughed.

People were shocked to see the ash blonde laugh like that. There weren't many things that could bring him joy like this.
"I say we mess a bit with them" Ashido grinned.
"Make them think their OTP's are real, you know? Mess with their heads and make them freak out over it!"
"Oh my God, Mina, you're an absolute genius!" Uraraka exclaimed.
