Izuku and Eri are siblings sharing the same rare quirk mutation. They were both rescued from the yakuza and Aizawa is their caretaker. Mirio still became quirkless.

So I decided to focus on the fluff and not so much on the bad stuff that happened so enjoy the Dadzawa and found family uwu

Eri was smiling as she and Mirio braided flower crowned together. Izuku smiled upon the scene as he stared at them from the window. They've come a far way from where they used to be. Izuku remembered the nights where Eri would fall asleep in his arms crying after the awful experiments they ran on them. They, but mostly Chisaki Kai... He remembered being brought to that man with his little baby sister after their parents fell by their hand.

Izuku frowned, looking down upon his hands. The same hands that killed his mother... Attached to the arms which were cut time on time again, only for his blood to be used and his quirk to be manipulated. He and Eri shared the same strange mutation. Nobody in their family had a quirk quite like it, yet they both ended up with one almost exactly like the other. Sure, they looked alike, their pale hair was exactly the same and they both had a horn growing out of their forehead, miroring each other.

Yet their eyes were completely different. Izuku's were an emerald green, Eri's a ruby red. Their appearances didn't matter to them though, only their blood did... Izuku thought they'd never escaped that torture... Up until they met Mirio. He was like a knight in shining armour and when the heroes asaulted the place and the blonde hero took a bullet for his sister... Well, let's just say he instantly knew he would trust Eri to him if he were to die in that place.

He risked everything for their escape, taking Chisaki's quirk in the process. Both he and Mirio were badly injured when they were rushed to the hospital, but luckily Eri was untouched. His sister had stayed at his side in the hospital no matter how much the nurses tried to separate them. Izuku was thankful for that, seeing as they were kept in isolation because their quirks were unstable. It was during that time they met Aizawa Shouta... He remembered the black rat of sunshine walking in the room with a dead look on his face.

"Your names are Izuku and Eri, correct?"
Eri held onto Izuku tightly, a little scared of the new person in the room.
"I'm not here to hurt you" Aizawa said, holding his hands in the air as he sensed her hostility.
"My name is Aizawa Shouta, also known as the pro hero Eraserhead. I was part of the raid in which the two of you were rescued"
"It's dangerous to be around us right now" Izuku mumbled, holding his sister tightly.

"Due to your quirks, I'm aware" Eraser sighed, pulling up a chair and sitting down next to them.
"It's why medical personnel is minimalised and only necessary contact is made"
There was a small silence as Izuku frowned at the black haired man.
"So what are you doing here?"
"My quirk is called Erasure, I can deactivate your quirk if it starts acting up" he explained, taking a deep breath, as if preparing himself for something.

"That's why I've been appointed as your temporary guardian. The two of you shall be under my care until you can control your quirks"

Things haven't always gone smoothly after that, but they were both grateful for the opportunities that were handed to them. Izuku sighed, closing his eyes and pushing himself away from the window. He walked around towards the door, walking outside with a wide smile on his face.
"Hi! Can I join you?"
"Izu!" Eri exclaimed, happily jumping up and hugging her big brother.
"Look! Look! Lemillion-sama learned me how to make flower crowns!"

Izuku gasped, laughing as Eri placed a flimsy chain of daisies on top of his head.
"Oh my-! Eri, it's absolutely beautiful!"
"See! I told you your brother would like it!" Mirio smiled.
"I wanna make one for dad too!" Eri smiled, happily running off to collect some more flowers. Izuku froze up at those words.
