Quirk Analysis Teacher

Izuku is 5 years older so GrownUp!au I guess lol. He's still quirkless and is offered a job at UA for a new class called quirk analysis. Shinsou is in 1-A, Midoriya and Bakugou do known each other but in a different way and Izuku is a badass at the USJ. Enjoy XD

"You've got to be fucking kidding me..." were the first words that came out of Bakugou's mouth when Midoriya walked into the classroom, before introducing himself as their quirk counselor and quirk analysis heroics teacher. Izuku Midoriya may be quirkless, but he is smart and his analysis skills got him noticed over the years. He was well known in the hero world already, despite his young age. That's why Nezu offered him a job here at UA, one he gladly took.

Izuku may or may not have known that this was also the year that little Kacchan was old enough to apply for the school. You see, Izuku was older then most of the kids in his neighbourhood when growing up and he basically used to babysit all of them. Katsuki Bakugou was a real rascal though, nobody could forget that child even after only an hour of being in the same house together. By the looks of it, he hadn't forgotten his favourite babysitter either.

"Kacchan!" he smiled, taking the whole class by surprise. The battle unit that was Bakugou was actually being called out by such a ridiculously cute childhood nickname? Who was this teacher exactly?
"It's been a while, hasn't it? I saw you on the entrance exam, you were amazing like always!"
"Tch... Fucking Deku, what the hell are you doing here huh?!"
"Well, if you would shut up and let me explain, that would be nice" Midoriya smiled, clapping in his hands and looking back at the rest of the class.

"Hi everyone! My name is Midoriya Izuku and I shall be your quirk analysis teacher! I'm also UA's quirk counselor and I want you to know you're free to come and talk to me when you're experiencing any troubles regarding your quirks. Everything will, of course, be kept between us. Now, as for why this course was introduced! Heroes need to be able to draw quick conclusions on their enemies and work out a strategy accordingly. Knowing the name of a quirk doesn't mean you know its uses. In this course I'll be teaching you how to quickly and effectively define and identify quirks and counter measures"

He picked up a paper from the teacher's desk and glanced down upon it.
"Now, before we start I'll take attendance. Uhm, I'm not so good with names so you'll have to forgive me for that! Right, uh, I call out your name, you say here or something but I also wanna hear the name of your quirk, okay? This lesson we'll focus on your own quirks and I'll show you why analysis is such a fundamental important trait for a hero"

Class continued normally and Bakugou behaved to the surprise of many students. It's not because the damn nerd use to babysit him that he has authority over him! That's not fucking it, he swears! But without any other good reason, the class already knew enough. Soon enough their first lesson ended, the sound of the bell ringing through the classroom.
"Oh, seems like our time is up! Next time we'll have a practical lesson out in gym gamma so make sure to bring your sportuniform with you"

"Uhm, Midoriya sensei? If you don't mind me asking, what is your quirk exactly?" Yaoyorozu asked as she walked up to the green head while other students were leaving the room.
"Is it some sort of analysis quirk that lets you see information about quirks or helps you connect certain abilities to quirk classifications?"
"Oh no, I don't have anything fancy like that" Izuku laughed.

"You see, I'm actually quirkless"

A few students stopped to stare at him in shock. Being quirkless was getting rare but that didn't mean they didn't exist. The hero course students thought it was surprising and maybe a little strange for someone who isn't a pro hero, let alone quirkless, to teach at UA.
"Isn't having a practical lesson considered dangerous then? We wouldn't want to accidentally hurt you" Shinsou pointed out.
