Guardian Demon Pt.2

Part 2 of guardian demon!! Bakugou has decided to become a hero together with Deku.

The ash blonde huffed as he tugged at the tie, tossing it aside to let his neck breathe.
"I'm not wearing that hellish thing, no fucking way"
"But Kacchan, it's part of the uniform" Midoriya frowned. Today would be the first day that Bakugou would join the class as an actual student of the hero course. After what happened on the roof with shitty hair, the green head hadn't shut up about it.

So of course Katsuki went to talk to the teachers about it, who all agreed to let him join. He was an angel, one of the most powerful quirkless beings in existence. His powers only increased when his human were to be in danger, like at the Sportsfestival when he broke Todoroki's attack for him. But nobody in class 1-A had been told about his arrival. Well, of course they knew a new student was joining, but they didn't realise they actually already knew him.

"I'm not wearing the tie" the blonde stated, grabbing his bag.
"Now let's go before your ass is late in class"

...

People stared with wide eyes and confusion as the angry blonde trailed in after Izuku. They'd always seen Bakugou dressed in white, never their school uniform.
"Your seat is on the second row next to the window, near Midoriya like you asked" Aizawa mumbled as he saw them entered. Katsuki nodded, simply ignoring everyone's flabbergasted stares as the two made it to their desks.

"So you really did decide to join the hero course huh? I'm happy for you bro!" Kirishima grinned when he arrived at Bakugou's desk.
"Fuck off Shitty Hair. It's your damn fault that he couldn't shut up about it" he snapped, pointing at Deku over his shoulder.
"It's my duty to keep him happy, that's the only reason I'm doing this"
"Yeah right" the red head laughed, not believing it for a second.

"Uhm, Midoriya-kun? Do you know our new classmate?" Uraraka asked a little unsure. Everyone knew that the green head had acted oblivious to the ruby eyed stalked before, so what would he say now?
"Oh, you mean Kacchan? Of course I know him! You've all seen him before too, right? We're almost always together"
Katsuki snorted as the whole class was shocked once more.

It surely was a sudden twist from 'Huh? Who?' to 'We're always together!'.
"Bakugou Katsuki will be joining our class starting from this day forward. I expect all of you to be welcoming and guide him well" Aizawa stated as class started.
"Yes Aizawa sensei" the all answered in sync.

Hero training. The one thing the students had been waiting for. They were all curious to see Bakugou's quirk in action, none of them realising it wasn't a quirk at all. They knew he could make himself invisible to some people, but they had no idea if there was anything more to it. Well, everyone except Midoriya and Kirishima... Katsuki's hero outfit was pure white, the way everyone was used seeing him, but this time with no sleeves and an open back.

"Alright, because Bakugou is new and you're not used to fighting each other, we'll have individual matches against him first. The winners of those will fight each other in team up matches so you can learn how to work together. This does not only count for Bakugou but for everyone. Learn how to help your partner and weaken your opponents at the same time, understand?"
"Yes Aizawa sensei"

Bakugou stepped into the arena, taking his place as his first opponent entered after him. Oh this will be fun.
"I still have to get revenge on you Shitty Hair! I'm not holding back!" the ash blonde yelled as he faced the red head.
"Bring it on!"
The match started and Katsuki instantly vanished from sight.
"So he really can just turn invisible..." Uraraka whispered as she watched Kirishima harden himself, looking around to see where his opponent would appear next.

"Oh no, there is a lot more to his quirk than that" Midoriya stated, seemingly the only one that was still able to see Kacchan move around the battlefield. He jabbed Eijirou a few times, getting in some punches in weak spots, making his hardening falter.
"Come on man, show yourself! This isn't manly at all!" the red head shouted.
"It's not supposed to be" Bakugou grinned, appearing from behing him and kicking him down into the ground.

A spark of light pulsed through his leg as he did so, showing off his divine strength. It was weak since he wasn't in his true form, with the giant feathered wings and glowing golden halo above his head. Vanishing from the human eye and using the minimal of his abilities was all he could manage right now, but it was enough to defeat a regular human being. All of his fights continued like that, up until the point where he was up against Todoroki.

The halfa had frozen the entire arena the moment their battle started, freezing Bakugou's feet to the ground. Light pulsed through his body as he broke free, just able to dodge another attack from Shoto.
"You haven't been fighting at full strength, have you?" the halfa asked as the blonde vanished again.
"Midoriya says there is more to your quirk than simple light manipulation, yet you haven't shown it yet... Do you think you'll defeat me by using a fraction of your power?"

"You're one to talk, half-n-half!" Bakugou hissed, making himself appear again, wanting to punch the halfa from the side. The attack was dodged however, making Katsuki growl.
"You can't talk while you're invisible, can you? It's like your whole presence is shielded from the world..." Todoroki deducted as they traded blows. Bakugou had enough, powering up his fist and knocking Shoto all the way back to the other side of the field.

He put up an ice barrier, keeping him in the arena. After that he harshly stomped his left foot down, sending a wave in Bakugou's direction. It was seemingly impossible to dodge, yet a flash of light surrounded Katsuki a moment before the attack hit and the ice was scattered. The light had been blinding and it took a few seconds for people to realise what had happened. Katsuki had shifted into his true form.

Big majestic wings, proudly spread out at his side. A golden halo floating above his head, seemingly glowing as it reflected the light. He had his hand stretched out before him, creating a barrier between him and Todoroki. It was just like the Sportsfestival...
"So this is the full power of your quirk huh?" Todoroki breathed, taken aback by the holy appearance.
"He's like an angel!" Kaminari gaped.
"Actually his quirk is called Guardian Angel" Deku corrected him.

"He's finally showing what he can do! I'm so excited!"

The barrier fell as Katsuki lowered his hand, his face holding a neutral expression as a spear of light formed in his other hand. One side to defend, one side to attack.
"Prepare to die, bastard" the blonde spoke, his tone low and threatening. His wings moved and he took off from the ground, shooting up in the air before shooting back down, spear aimed steadily at Todoroki.

Izuku knew that Kacchan was unable to actually kill a human. It was against what angels stood for. This was also known to the teachers, which is why Aizawa wasn't intervening. Shoto tried to shoot another ice shard, but underestimated the speed and agility Bakugou had in the sky. And so the spear bored straight through Todoroki's chest, making him gasp and freeze up.

"Be purified of wretched thoughts" Katsuki whispered, the spear disappearing as he landed. Shoto fell down on the ground, no wounds visible on his body.
"The winner of this match is Bakugou" Aizawa announced as the class was still in shock from the incredible display. Katsuki shifted back into his more human form, kneeling down in front of the unconscious boy.

He had seen all impurities when his weapon went through him, flashed of the pain and abuse this boy had been through. As an angel it was his task to stop all suffering and relief all pain. Hopefully his purification had lightened the load on his heart...
"Oi, get up or they're gonna think I fucking killed you or something" he muttered as he poked the boy.

Todoroki's eyes peaked open and he groaned as he crawled back up.
"You should talk to someone...about your father" the blonde stated, taking Shoto by surprise.
"H-how did you-?"
"I'm a damn angel, icyhot! Don't ask stupid questions!"
"That was amazing Kacchan!" Midoriya yelled from the stands, smiling at his best friend.
"I want you to give it your all too when we fight, okay?!"
"Count on it you fucking nerd!"
