Food Wars

I know Food Wars is like a show or something but I've never watched it so it's just my interpretation with bnha personalities and setting mixed up in it lol Enjoy XD

Izuku glanced at Katsuki, who was standing next to him. The kitchen was finally empty and all ingredients were stocked. Nothing was stopping them from entering their weekly food wars duel.
"Do you guys seriously have to do this every week?" Uraraka asked, bringing Midoriya out of his competitive spirit.
"The girls and I wanted to bake cupcakes today!"

"Screw you and your pathetic cupcakes round face! The grown ups are cooking!" Bakugou hissed, pushing her aside as he walked into the kitchen.
"S-sorry Uraraka-san, but you know how into this we are" Izuku sighed.
"We've been in this rivallery since we were kids and it's not just gonna stop out of nowhere"

"Ugh, I know... It's just annoying that you guys claim the kitchen for, like, a day every weekend" she complained before sighing.
"So what's the theme this week?"
"Venison" Deku smiled.
"Kacchan is really good at preparing the meat, but I'm still gonna beat him!"
"Well good luck Deku-kun!" Ochako smiled.

"Thanks!" Izuku smiled as he walked into the kitchen.
"You're going down this week Kacchan"
"Oh yeah? I was gonna say the same to you nerd. Feel like we won't have a draw this time around" Katsuki grinned. It was frustrating to even out with each other time on time again. They've been at this shit since they were 8 for crying out loud!

They improved their cooking skills a lot over the years, but they always ended up in a tie somehow. A part of their class had the feeling they did it on purpose to keep the rivallery going because they secretly liked it. They didn't actually want to beat the other but the thrill of competition just excited them. It was also facinating and funny to watch their personalities switch around whenever they started cooking.

Midoriya always became loud and blunt, passionate to say the least, while Bakugou fell into a calm headspace, meassuring off everything perfectly, calculating his time and his movements. It reflected their battle style in some way, seeing as Deku always liked to dive in head first, his moves based on strength, and Katsuki's moves might be explosive but they're calculated.

One does not simply fly with explosions without knowing the exact force behind it and being able to precisely dose his output, you know? It might not always seem like that with the two of them, but they really were their truest self when cooking.
"Who will be judging this time around?" Yaoyorozu asked when she saw the boys prepare the kitchen.

"I think they managed to rope Aizawa sensei in somehow" Jirou chuckled.
"That or he is too lazy to cook for himself..."
"Yeah, think that's the latter" Mina laughed.
"Oh! That means Present Mic will come too, right?" Kaminari asked.
"They're always together nowadays"
"True... I wonder if there is something going on between those two..." Ashido hummed, making Todoroki look up.

"I have a few theories on that, actually-"
"No offence dude, but when have any of your theories ever been true?" Denki intterupted him.
"They're not that ridiculous" Shoto pointed out.
"Still convinced Midoriya is All Might's kid huh?" Sero asked with a snort, making some people laugh. They froze up when said hero burst through the doors though.

"I AM HERE! To eat delicious food!" he yelled, coughing as his muscle form dissipated. Behind him were Aizawa and Present Mic, like expected, but also Midnight and-
"Tensei? What are you doing here? Why didn't you tell me you were coming to visit?" Iida asked, happily surprised to see his big brother.
"Oh, Nemuri dragged me here last minute, said I really needed to taste the cooking of some of your classmates" he chuckled, opening his arms to hug his baby brother.

"Alright sit your asses down and get prepared to be amazed!" Katsuki yelled, grinning before glaring at Izuku.
"You're going down"
"Not if I beat you first" the green head smiled, determination filling his eyes. And so their weekly cooking battle started. A food wars, as they sometimes liked to call it.

At first people thought they actually threw food at each other or something and the two boys got very offended by that. Why would they waste food like that?!
"Alright, this better be good" Kaminari grinned, filming Bakugou's side of the kitchen with hsi phone while Todoroki filmed Midoriya. He got roped into Denki's idea of uploading this on youtube and was now stuck with it.

The halfa only had to film, though. Kaminari did all the editing and stuff. It got a lot of views every week, believe it or not. It surprised some of their classmates at first, but after a while they began to see the entertainment vallue. Besides, this was the only time they ever heard Izuku curse and see Katsuki so calm without him planning a murder.

"So what are you making this week Bakugou?" Denki asked.
"Smells really good already!"
"The theme is Venison, take a guess" Katsuki answered, not even looking up at Kaminari as he was focussed on cutting up the meat.
"I actually don't know what that means..." Denki muttered.
"It's deer" Izuku provided, accidentally placing his hand on the stove.

"Ah! Fuck!" he hissed, putting his hand under some water. He got clumsy when distracted... Bakugou let out a small laugh, making Midoriya glare at him.
"Oh yeah, see who laughs last Kacchan!"
They bickered a lot when cooking, making it all the more fun to watch. In the end, they served it to the pro heroes, looking expectantly as they ate. It wasn't surprising they all liked both dishes.

"Yeah, but which is the fucking best?" Katsuki asked.
"I really can't chose! You're true rivals after all" All Might chuckled, wiping his mouth.
"Yeah, thanks for the food!" Tensei smiled.
"Anyway, I should get going. Don't wanna miss my train"
"I'll accompany you to the station!" Iida offered, hapy to spend some more time with his brother.

"So... You mean to say that..." Izuku whispered, his eye twitching a little.
"A tie... Again" Katsuki grunted, slamming down a towl on the counter in utter frustration.
"Will any of them ever win? Find out next week" Denki laughed, facing Todoroki's phone camera before Shoto stopped filming. They had to keep Bakugou from exploding the dorms after that...
