GrownUp!au. Midoriya is a therapist with a quirk called Compassion-Emphaty, which allows him to help people through their trauma and find inner peace.

*Manga spoilers I guess*

The faculty gave him a sceptic look when Aizawa introduced the freckled green head. He was still young, in his twenties, but Eraser claimed he was the real deal.
"Are you absolutely sure he can get through to them?" All Might asked, making Izuku shift in place, fidgetting with his fingers.
"I can vouch for him" Aizawa stated, making Izuku blush a bit. He was a well known therapist amongst underground heroes, which is how he met Eraserhead in the first place.

His quirk, Compassion-Emphaty, helped them talk and make peace with the cruel things they saw on the job. It could also potentially be used to talk to villains about their actions and how they feel about those. If redemption is possible and if they're willing to change for the better. He's only been doing that for a few months though but people already claim he's specialised in dealing with them.

Maybe because he gets better results than most therapists after just a few sessions? Or because he reformed villains and made them regret their actions? He liked helping them though! Izuku made them see their flaws and helped them learn to accept them. He helped them become a better person and that's the whole reason he became a therapist in the first place.

"We've all seen his track record All Might. If someone can get through to them, it's this guy" Midnight stated. Toshinori hummed, looking down at the file on Shigaraki Tomura, or rather, Shimura Tenko. They were finally able to aprehend the League of Villains, but since they were almost all under age and technically still kids, they wanted to use a different approach on them.

No matter how many cruel things they may have done in the past, they believed that maybe deep down they regretted those actions and that they were just the product of an inperfect society. Their stories could help them prevent things like that from happening to other kids and make the world a tiny bit better. And if anyone was going to get that out of them, it was this young man here, apparently.

"Well, if we're all agreeing on this matter, let's introduce mister Midoriya here to his first new patient" Nezu smiled. Aizawa nodded, signing Izuku to follow him. The green head quietly trailed behind the pro, lying if he said he wasn't nervous. Of course he's talked to major villans before, a lot of them even. He talked to people with all kinds of crimes on their record, varying from theft to rape to murder. He was even called in to have a session with Overhaul, once the head of the yakuza and now a handless criminal behind bars.

"Her name is Himiko Toga. I assume you've read her file" Shouta sighed as they stopped at a secured and guarded door.
"Y-yeah... She's the, uhm, blood girl, right?" Izuku asked.
"Yes... Let him in" Aizawa said, making the guards open up the door.
"Take your time. You don't have to get through all of them today. Just one or two will be enough to convince everyone you're more than capable"

"It's alright Eraserhead! I think I can handle it" Izuku smiled, taking a deep breath before entering the holding cell. Toga was sitting a plain white table, her hands tied down to a metal ring in the middle as she swung her feet back and forth.
"Aw~ You're a cutie! I like cute boys~" she giggled.
"Nice to meet you too, Toga-san" Midoriya smiled, sitting down in front of her.

"My name is Midoriya Izuku. I'm a therapist"
"A therapist? You're here to fix my mind?" she asked, tilting her head before laughing.
"You can't do that silly! I like it in there! I'm a perfect little princess~"
"I'm not saying there is anything wrong with you. A lot of people visit therapists just to talk and get things of their chest" Izuku explained.
