Midoriya is hit with a quirk that causes terrible nightmares, illusions and hallucinations.

"You really need to be more careful Deku-kun!" Uraraka pouted.
"Getting hit with a quirk out on the street could've gone very very wrong!"
"I agree with Uraraka, you acted irresponsible and reckless! You are a hero in training and representative of UA! I expect better of you!" Iida yelled, making Midoriya feel even worse about it all.
"Guys, I told you, it's nothing. Maybe the quirk wasn't activated? There are no effects, I'm fine, it was just an accident" the green head sighed, rubbing his head.

"I'm not feeling very different"
"You're not cleared unless Recovery Girl says so" Ochako frowned, crossing her arms.
"Indeed! That said, let's proceed back to the dormitory in order to complete our homework!" Iida stated. Izuku rolled his eyes as Recovery Girl shushed them away, chuckling slightly before getting hit on the head with her staff.

"They're right you know! You shouldn't be so reckless!" she lectured.
"But it doesn't seem like anything is affecting you at the moment so you're discharged. Come straight to me when something changes, understand?"
"Yes, of course Recovery Girl" Midoriya nodded, giving her a polite bow and a thanks before he was on his way. He sighed as he grabbed his stuff and left the nurses office.

Aizawa would be brought up to speed, he always was, so a lecture awaited him in class after the weekend. For now he decided to just focus on his English essay... It was almost done, just a few more finishing touches. As he walked into the common area, everything seemed normal. People were chatting and hanging out. Bakugou wasn't there so it was relatively peaceful.

"Everything alright Midoriya?" Todoroki asked as the green head walked through the room towards the elevators.
"Yeah, Recovery Girl cleared me so" Izuku shrugged.
"Oh. Well, I'm glad you're doing fine" the halfa spoke.
"Thanks Todoroki-kun" Midoriya smiled as he pushed the button of the elevator.

"But I really have to finish up that English essay"
"No problem. I'll see you at dinner" Shoto nodded, watching Izuku step into the elevator and vanish from sight as the doors closed on him. For the next few days, nothing out of the ordinary happened. But that was up until the nightmares started... He was back in middle school, heard Kacchan telling him how worthless he was over and over again.

Take a swandive off the roof... Die...

Midoriya shot awake, panting as he instantly rose up in bed. He let out a shaky breath as he realised he was sweating, his heart racing like crazy.
"Fuck" he whispered, dragging a hand down over his face. He thought he was over that..? Izuku thought he had moved on, he forgave Katsuki for what he did back then. Their relationship was improving tremendously!

He shrieked up as shadows moved on his floor and turned towards the balcony window. The moon was illuminating the moving trees into his room... Wait, didn't he close his curtains..? Midoriya sighed, standing up and walking over to the balcony. When he wanted to close the curtains, he halted. He looked down to see a man standing on the pathway towards their dormitory. The moonlight only dimly lit the figure, but Izuku recognized it instantly.

"...All Might..?" he muttered confused, rubbing his eyes. After that gesture, he found that the shadow of the man vanished. The green head frowned and closed his curtains. Must've been his imagination... Probably just some well placed tree branches or something. He yawned, falling back onto his bed, trying to regain his sleep. Unsuccessfully, unfortunately.
