Izuku is a quirkless spy working for the G.I.B. and is send on a rather unexpected mission...

Being quirkless doesn't mean being helpless, that's something Izuku learned at the age of 8, 4 years after learning he was deemed powerless. No, not powerless, quirkless. There is a difference.
"Are you almost done sweetie?" Inko's voice came through his earpiece as he looked down upon the tied up terrorist. They wanted to explode some amusement park and Izuku had to infiltrate here to stop him.

There was a whole tech team disabling the bombs as they spoke and the legal team would take care of the official side and the police would be here soon to pick up the bastard.
"Yeah, I've got him" Izuku answered his mom, making sure the terrorist couldn't escape before grabbing his bag and putting his cap on again. He was dressed like a typical tourist so he wouldn't be spotted.

He texted the location through to the tech team and went to meddle with the crowd as they were being evacuated from the amusement park.
"Deku, sweetie, I have another mission for you! We'll discuss it over dinner tonight" Inko stated.
"Okay mom" Izuku mumbled, making sure nobody was listening in. There was much background noise so he should be fine. Deku was his code name, in case people we're listening in on their conversation. Not that that was likey...

He sighed, disabling his earpiece and walking up to the busstation. He's been doing this kind of work since he was 10, after 2 years of harsh training. His parents were the leaders of G.I.B., the Global Intelligence Bureau. He's basically a super spy, dealing with life threatening situations on a daily. He doesn't receive much recognition or praise, but that's something he didn't care all that much about.

When he came home, he wasn't surprised to see the table set for two instead of three. His father worked mostly overseas to keep everything there in check while he and his mom made sure the eastern part of the globe was taken care of.
"So what's this mission about?" Izuku asked as he sat down. Inko put the food on the table and say down as well before they started eating.

"It's a long term mission protecting a high profile citizen" she explained.
"It could take more than a year, if all works out well"
"How high profile are we talking here?" Izuku asked surprised. He had done long term mission before, but they mostly took a few months, not over a year! This would be his longest mission yet...

"We'll be meeting him shortly, after dinner actually" Inko said with a small smile.
"I'm sure you'll like him!"
"Hm..." he hummed, continuing to eat. He better like him, otherwise it was gonna be a long year... After dinner, they stepped into the car and drove off to the agency.

Izuku wasn't sure what he had in mind, but this frail looking skeleton of a man wasn't it.
"Ah, Mrs Midoriya, I'm so glad we could meet" the tall blonde man spoke.
"This must be Deku?"
"Yes! Deku, meet Toshinori Yagi, our client" Inko smiled.
"It's nice to meet you sir" Izuku smiled, holding out his hand to shake.
"Likewise, young man! Oh, uh, before we go into further detail, could we move to a more private location?"

"Of course, please follow me" Inko stated, taking the lead. Izuku trailed behind, inspecting the man he was supposed to protect. He didn't recognize him from anywhere but his name did sound familiar somehow... When they were in a private room and the door was locked behind them, Izuku learned of this man's biggest secret. Toshinori Yagi is All Might! They're the same person! Who could've thought?!

Apparently, there was someone after his quirk. A master villain with the power to take away quirks. Deku was perfect for the job for multiple reasons. One, he's quirkless so he's at little risk of being a target. Two, he has the age of a student that will go to their first year of high school soon. Which will come in handy since All Might will be teaching at UA. Three, he can handle himself due to his spy training, so entering the hero course on recomendation shouldn't be that hard.
