Bakugou x Midoriya

In order to look for the UA traitor, everyone in class 1-A needs to get screened. This includes an insight in ones memories and past. Bakudeku are dating! Also ANGST

Izuku was nervous, to say the least. Their class was having a screening in order to eliminate any possible traitor among them. It consisted of a memory test, allowing people to see into your past due to a quirk. Midoriya wasn't really keen on that part. Not because he was the traitor, he would never betray UA or All Might!

No... Because his past wasn't something he wanted to share with everyone... He glanced aside at Todoroki, who had applied for a private screening. Everyone in class knew at least a little about his traumatic childhood so the teachers had allowed it. Izuku didn't have such privileges...

"Hi! My name is Suzanne, but you guys can call me Sue for short" a smily woman introduced herself. She was from the United Kingdom, if Midoriya remembered correctly.
"My quirk allows me to look into your mind and project your memories into the real world. I'll be assisting in the screening today. Very nice to meet all of you!"

"Sue is a police officer, specialized in interrogation" Aizawa added.
"All of you will be subjected to her quirk today. Todoroki, you will come with me in the end so we can go somewhere private for your screening"
The halfa nodded, his face stoic and neutral as he avoided eye contact with his classmates.

After that, people were called up to the front one by one. They were to sit down in a chair and Sue would stand behind them, holding her hands at the side of their heads. As she dug around in their memories, fragments would appear in the real world. Like ghostly scenes playing out in front of them.

"Izuku! Izuku, look! I caught it!" a four year old Bakugou called out, a bug in his net. A small version of Midoriya came into view, all amazed.
"Whoa! That's amazing Kacchan!"
The image faded away as Katsuki rolled his eyes, looking away. Fucking childhood memories... Embarrassing him in front of all these extras like that... Tch.

"Awe~ That was so cute!" Mina smiled.
"Shut up raccoon eyes!"
"No talking! I need to focus!" Sue lectured them as Katsuki kept glaring at his classmates. Another vision appeared, Bakugou looking down at Midoriya as the latter sat on the ground, crying.

It was the day the ash blonde blew up his notebook, Izuku noticed. A bang followed and the green head looked away from the flashback. That was not the person Katsuki was anymore. He changed for the better and admitted his confusion at their mess of feelings towards each other. It wasn't much after that fight at ground beta that they started dating...

"You know, if you really wanna be a hero, I can give you one piece of advice-" Bakugou started saying, making Izuku freeze up. He didn't want to hear those words again... He didn't want to remember... Katsuki scowled and closed his eyes, making the visual vanish. He didn't want their classmates seeing this part of him either. He changed, for crying out loud!

This was the last thing he needed! He loved that damn nerd and if icyhot was going to question him about his intentions one more time, he swore he'd blow that fucker up!
"Stop fighting my quirk. You have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide" Sue stated, getting agitated by Katsuki's attitude.
"Just get to the recent shit before I blast your head off" he grunted.

Suzanne rolled her eyes, focusing on his mind again. Their fight at ground beta was shown. Smaller versions of themselves flying across the room, smashing and kicking each other. There was no sound in this one, thank the Gods. Otherwise One For All might get exposed out in the open. The image faded away when Kacchan landed on top of Deku and some clear words lingered in the air.
