Quirkless!Deku x Bakugou

AU in which Midoriya didn't inherit All Might's quirk!

Katsuki had watched the green head carefully, noticing how he changed after the sludge villain incident. Deku actually thought he'd have a chance. Tch, such a wimp... Yet Bakugou couldn't seem to get himself to bully the quirkless boy anymore. Somewhere inside him he felt regret. Izuku couldn't help being quirkless, he's just born that way. His dreams of becoming a hero have been crushed once and for all after those pro's scolded him too.

'He must feel like shit' Kacchan thought as he packed his bag. He was pulled out of thought by a happy red head swinging his arm around the blonde's shoulder.
"Hey Bakubro! The others and I are going to the arcade after school, wanna join?"
"No" Bakugou grunted, not even pointing out the stupid nickname Kirishima had given him. It reminded him of the only other person who has ever given him a nickname...

Fucking Deku. Ugh, he could remember how determined the loser looked when he entered UA for the entrance exams, only to be told he wasn't allowed to participate in the practical for safety reasons. Katsuki wasn't supposed to hear that last part, but his curiousness got the best of him and he'd eavesdropped on the green head. Midoriya was devastated, opening up the waterworks to the point of no return.

When the blonde walked back home after completing the exam, he found his childhood friend on a bench, still crying. A miracle he wasn't dehydrated by then, but the explosive teen didn't pay much attention to it. However, now, when he was attending UA and didn't have eyes on that shitty Deku anymore, something nagged at him. He couldn't possibly be worried for that damn nerd, could he? Although there was this feeling in his gut... Like something bad was going to happen...

"Awh, come on bro! Just for a little while, please~?" shitty hair whined.
"You never wanna hang out after school!"
"So stop inviting me, hair for brains" Bakugou scoffed, pushing him aside. The red head let out a long, loud sigh, falling back on his last resort.
"I guess Denki was right after all... He already warned me you'd chicken out-"

"HE WHAT?!"

Kirishima just shrugged, supressing a smile of victory, and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"It's okay dude, nobody can be the best at everything-"
"Just you watch shitty hair! I'LL KILL ALL OF YOU!" Katsuki roared, dragging said teen with him through the halls. 'I've gotta use this strategy more often!' Eijirou thought to himself as he happily followed the blonde around.

Only a few minutes later, the whole Bakusquad was walking to the arcade together. They were all happily chatting with each other while an annoyed Bakugou Katsuki walked in front of them. Why did he agree to this again? Suddenly the road became more crowded and people were muttering and whispering.
"Huh? What the hell is going on here?" Bakugou asked, already irritated as it is.

"Maybe a villain attack?" Sero suggested, shrugging.
"Probably" Kirishima added.
"Come on! Let's go check it out!" Kaminari exclaimed in an excited manner, pulling them along with him. Denki was from the country side where crime rates were low and villains and heroes were more likely to be seen on tv or in stories. It was only natural for him to want to see the action in real life for once.

Katsuki rolled his eyes, trailing behind the group. He'd seen his fair share of villain attacks throughout the years, hell, he's even been a victim. Yeah, no, Kacchan really wasn't having this shit. But before he could turn around and go home, Ashido pulled at his arm and pointed up towards the top of the building with a loud gasp. Katsuki followed her gaze, his eyes widening as he saw what was going on.

Someone is about to jump...

Bakugou squinted his eyes before they got bigger again. No way... He instantly ran to the front of the crowd, ignoring the yells and shouts of his so called friends. He pushed his way past the police, who kept the public at bay, and sprinted into the building. Those wild green hairs were unmistakable... He had to stop this! He had to save him!
