Yoongi and Shinyu had left to Hawaii.Namjoon picked So won up soon after,he couldn't possibly hide his excitement as it would turn into his dimpled smile every now and then.Happiness was defined.So won settled into one of the guest rooms quite comfortably,she hadn't been able to reach Jin for some reason.He wasn't even at the airport when she went bid goodbye to the newly-weds.But he did send a message this morning.
"No sex"
She had to delete it before Namjoon could set his eyes on it.So won freshened up and went looking around the apartment.She had been there a couple of times but hadn't had the chance to really know the place.Namjoon was in a phone call and although invading privacy wasn't really her thing,So won's curious self led her to Namjoon's room.
Not that he'd mind cause she had been there before but still it felt strange.So won's eyes set on to the photo frame on the mantel.She picked it up for closer inspection.On two chairs sat Namjoon's parents wise and radiant with a contagious smile.Namjoon's mother had dimples on both her cheeks,now she knows where that came from.A 10 year old Namjoon sat on the two chairs armrest grinning widely,He looked so happy.
To the middle behind them stood a beautiful young lady that looked past twenty,She was beautiful and her eyes had a glow about it.Jungkook was right,their noona radiated warmth,she had an identical smile to Namjoon.And just to her left stood another man who looked in his early thirties.This must be the uncle.So won vaguely remembers Taehyung telling her about that man.
Namjoon's father Kim Su man and his younger brother Kim Shil dam had built the whole empire of Kims' enterprises.Namjoon's father had fallen sick eventually letting his brother take care of business.Shil dam wasn't married and didn't have a family of his own ,his brother and his family were everything for him.Being the lovable brother that he was,he took care of the business kingdom along with Namjoon's sister.But soon after her death, the family started to perish.He did everything in his power to save them.Namjoon was send to Canada away from the chaos and he stood strong to rebuild their world.Old age took to him too as he finally decided he should rest and that's why Namjoon was back.Namjoon respected and loved him a great deal,even more than his own parents.
She quickly set the frame back as she heard Namjoon walk in.
"Are you hungry?",Namjoon asked looking at a guilty So won.She shook her head,but her stomach made an embarassing sound exposing her.Namjoon chuckled as he left the room to the kitchen and So won followed.
"Now.. Am not a good cook,So I already told my maid to cook for us",He said,heading to the kitchen and taking out the plates.
"You have a maid?",So won asked.
"Yeah",Namjoon said as he munched on a carrot stick.
"Is she pretty?"
"Yeah",Namjoon stretched his carrot for So won to take a bite and she sulked.
"When she was in her twenties,yeah",Namjoon added.
"How am I to know? You could be interested in older women too",So won said causing Namjoon to choke on his carrot and coughed.He didn't reply anything as he presented her with the meat stew and rice.He took a seat opposite to her on the counter.So won caught on Namjoon's stare and said immediately,"Don't look at me,am not sharing"
"Eat up,I wanna take you somewhere",he said tousseling her hair and proceeded to leave.
"Where?"
"Somewhere"
"Where are you going now ?"
"I have a skype meeting,I'll be back"
"I don't wanna eat alone"
"You said you won't share anyway",Namjoon said as he picked up his laptop and went into his room.
"Idiot",So won mumbled as she stuffed her mouth with more rice.
Jin now knows Jimin doesn't stay in his own apartment anymore.So he decided he should go to Jihyun's aka Jimin's brother's flat.He is sure Jimin wasn't just visiting but staying.Jihyun was supposed to be with his parents in US for the vacation,why'd he be in Korea? Jin thought as he took the elevator.He was instantly pushed to the back as more people got in,a young lady pressed onto his chest.She was trying to hold onto the side rails but kept failing successfully.Jin raised his hands up so that it doesn't end up in unusual places.
"am so sorry",the lady said as she bumped into Jin's chest.
"That's okay..wait,Rachel ssi?",Jin said as he recognized the lady.
"Oh Seokjin ssi!!",Rachel exclaimed.
"Didn't think I'd see you again after you abandoned me at the wedding",Rachel stated.The crowd lessened as people got off at the second floor.
"Aah,Am sorry..It was an emergency.Let me make it up to you by upgrading it to a dinner",Jin said sheepishly but Rachel just waved it away.
"I was just pulling your leg Jin ssi,Why are you here though?",Rachel asked as she got out on the top floor and Jin followed.
"I came looking for a friend,I don't know which of these -"
"Oh maybe I know,What's the name?"
"Park Jihyun"
"Oh the college kid,he is at 917",Rachel said as she pointed to the end of the aisle.
"Thankyou so much"
"I'll see you again sometime,I suppose",Rachel said unsure.
"Ofcourse we will,it was pleasure bumping into you",Jin extended his hands and Rachel shook it.
Jin watched as Rachel traced her steps back to the other end and Jin proceeded to 917.He pressed the intercom and waited.
There was a shuffling before Jihyun recognized Jin and the door opened.He bowed politely,letting him in.
"I thought you were in US for the vacation"
"I had to come back,hyung"
Jihyun followed Jin into the hall.
"Why so early?"
"Um...I..",Jihyun turned around to look at the room past him.He went and closed the door lightly.
"Is that Jimin?",Jin asked.Jihyun nodded.
"Hyung called me back,Shall we take a walk Hyung?"
Jin was still puzzled,nevertheless he nodded and followed Jihyun out the door.
