Chapter 66

"Taehyung,I am sorry",Jimin was saying and it had been a full fifteen minutes already but the boy wasn't budging.Taehyung was giving him the silent treatment.
"I said am sorry",Jimin said impatiently watching Taehyung go around in the kitchen,ignoring him.
"Taehyungaah~"
"Do you know how worried I was?",Taehyung's voice finally came tiny.
"I know,I know..I was just worried for So won"
"You could just ring me or text me where you were",Taehyung said as he left to bedroom.
"Is she okay?",Taehyung said and Jimin followed him to the bed room.
"Better than I expected"
"I went to Namjoonie hyung's apartment to ask him"
"You did?! What did he say?"
"He was angry at me and said he had no rights to say no if she wanted to leave.. which didn't make sense at all cause So won didn't leave on her own accord but then Mr.Kim told me Namjoon hyung is just heart broken and he thinks this would be the best for So won,I mean like how.And Namjoon hyung later -"
"Wait,Shil dam was there?"
"Yeah,Mr.Kim said I shouldn't talk to Joonie hyung but I insisted so he come along too",Taehyung said,pulling the bedspreads away and got into the bed.Jimin stood frozen in the midst of loosening his tie.He met Taehyung's questioning glance and quickly regained his composure.Taehyung beckoned Jimin over to him.
"I'll go take a shower",Jimin announced quickly and exited the room.

Yoongi had finally went to sleep after the long day he had.He still hadn't understood why he was suddenly thrown out of his studio.There wasn't any explanation but just a "Sorry" from FOP's CEO.But So won clearly know what this is all about and who has a share in FOP entertainment.Although she hadn't expected Shil dam to stoop too low.She had to do something before it all goes out of her hand.Shil dam wasn't any other men she met.He meant business and honestly she was worried for Rachel as well.And So won had made it clear why Rachel can't put her head into this business anymore.

Rachel had called to let her know that she heard Shinyu will be relieved soon and all this was a mess.Mr.Jay promised her he will have a job waiting for her anytime,she was his best.But before she takes her place,there are things that needed to do.Yes,Namjoon will never be hers and probably hated her but she is still going to make sure he knows.But how?What proof does she have?That man was literally Namjoon's life.His everything,It's not like he will believe a girl he met last new year's eve against a 25 years of family.So won wasn't going to sit and mop around though,she needs to expose that scumbag.So won picked up her phone to dial that single person who would be her best bet.

"The Gwanju project team" had literally lost it soul and Namjoon can perfectly sense it.Jimin didn't look like he even wanted to be there.Kwan Ji messed up her presentation,stopping multiple times to consult her files.Namjoon thought back to when So won was there,his eyes lingered over to the empty seat and in a painful memory so many things came flooding. Namjoon rubbed his temples impatiently.He was finally losing it but didn't explode,Namjoon pushed the chair back and left the room without a word.Everyone stared motionless as they saw Namjoon's retreating back and glanced at Taehyung in unison.Taehyung shrugged.

"Alright,I have no idea why am hosting a meeting that am not aware of at all in the first place",Jihyun said as he unloaded couple of chips bags onto the table and he looked around at the occupants of his room.
Jimin didn't even second glance as he grabbed one .So won paced the room,checking her phone at times.
"I have university exam,So am gonna go study",Jihyun announced but noone cared.
"Are we waiting for someone?",Jimin asked as he munched into his chips.But So won didn't reply and kept on walking around.And then the calling bell rang.
So won quickly opened the door and let the guest in.
"Heyo,'would have been sis in law' and 'married cutie' ",Jungkook said as he walked in and gave So won a hug.
"We are not excited as you are,Jungkook",So won said gesturing him to take a seat.
"Oh,am just good at faking.Am not very excited too but why this sudden ..this?",He said as he sat down near Jimin.Silence fell and Jimin shifted in his seat uneasily.So won sat facing Jungkook and let out a breath,"I..I wanted to know something..It's..Can we keep this between us ?"
"If that explicitly means Namjoon hyung shouldn't know,sure"
"Jungkook,I want to know about Yun ah Eonnie"
Jungkook stayed frozen for a minute or two before he locked eyes with So won again.
"I told you everything already,Noona"
"You told me what she had to do with Namjoon,I wanna know what she had to do with the Kims...Kims enterprises"
Jungkook was proving it really hard to break in but So won said she needed to know to that piece of information to help Namjoon,he finally had to give in.

"Alright so..Su man uncle and my grandfather were the ones who started the company and eventually when Grandfather died,the company split to Kims' enterprises and Jeon's corporation.They still have shares within each other and all.. and Su man uncle fell sick later,he...had cancer and he wanted my dad to take over but Shil dam uncle wasn't in for it ..He didn't quite trust my dad,I'd say..So Su man uncle suggested Noona should take up on the business and Shil dam uncle could assist.Uncle was against it as well saying Noona is too young and a female can't be a proper heir..whatever that means,but Su man uncle insisted.The company wasn't really doing well,I mean from her side she was doing her best and I don't know..Dad said Noona and uncle used to get into a lot of disagreements in meetings and other deciding factors."

"Did Namjoon hyung knew this?",Jimin decided to interrupt to which Jungkook shook his head lightly.
"We were too young to know all these.I only got to know not too long ago from Dad.To be precise,I knew it when Shil dam uncle voiced his disagreement to bring Namjoon hyung back to Korea.Dad said he enjoys being the boss a bit too much.But Aunt wanted to bring Namjoon hyung no matter what,So that turned out fine",Jungkook shrugged,leaning over to grab a chips bag.

"Why did he want Namjoon to not come?Cause I remember Mr.Kim telling Namjoon that he was the one who prompted his parents to bring him back",So won stated and that clearly surprised Jungkook.
"Really!! Maybe I am wrong.After Noona's demise,Aunt took over alongside Shil dam uncle but she wasn't very active since she had Su man uncle to take care of and she had to agree to Shil dam uncle to send Namjoon hyung away to Canada ..you know,away from the chaos..So maybe Shil dam uncle was protecting Namjoon hyung"

So won was staring deep into the blank space on the wall between Jihyun's drawings.Her eyebrows furrowed in confusion,"Away from the chaos...Jungkook..Was Namjoon questioned by the police about that night?"
"No..Shil dam uncle made sure Namjoon hyung doesn't have to live through that memories again..Namjoon hyung wasn't questioned and the house was sealed for police soon"
Now everything was more clear,So won side-way glanced at Jimin,who had his mouth half open.

"Jungkook,just one question"
"Yeah?"
"Who is Dong Hoon?Who was he to Yun ah ssi?"
"How do you know-"
"Jungkook,we need your help.Because-",So won shared a glance at Jimin again and said to Jungkook,"Shil dam was the one who murdered Yun ah"
