AMBER's POV

"Tris, kausapin mo na ko please,"

He keeps on knocking on my door, until now.

A week has pass since Vj and I broke up. I have done everything to bring him back to me but he keeps on ignoring me.

Nagsisimula na kaming mag clearance sa school, kaya hindi ganun ka hectic ang schedule. Sina Jill at Ally ang madalas kong kasama, si El, pa minsan-minsan.

Ang hirap itago ng lungkot ko sa kanila. They were trying their best to make me laugh, I appreciate their efforts but, I can't. I really can't force myself to be genuinely happy.

My days were nothing but crying and hoping that he will come back, to me.

" Amber, kumain ka na,"

Vince still knocks on my door.

Wala talaga akong gana sa kahit na ano. Gusto ko lang, pansinin na uli ako ni Vj, o kahit patawarin man lang.

Tuwing makikita ko siya sa academe, iiwasan niya ako.

"Apo,"

I hear Grannie's voice outside my room. I stand up to open the door. I see her standing on front of me, and Vince, behind her.

She is wearing her usual corporate attire, and holding her Gucci leather hand bag on her left hand.

Kauuwi niya lang,

"Kain ka na, Tris" Vince gave me a weak smile while lending me the tray.

"Wala akong gana,"

"Apo, you should eat,"

Hindi ko na napigilang ilabas ang emosyon ko nang makita si Grannie. I hug and bury my face on her chest like a cry baby. I hate crying. More than anyone, Grannie knows that I don't cry a lot.

"Sige na muna, Vince,"

Grannie push me to enter my room and closes the door.

"It's fine hija, I'm here already, you can tell me,"

I pull away from hug to face Grannie. Grannie cups my cheeks and wipes every tears from my eyes.

"W-we broke up, and it's my fault."

Grannie chuckles as she brush my hair with her bare hands. "Pag-ibig," she sighs heavy.

"Grannie, I want him back, I don't know how to be happy anymore" I tighten my hug to Grannie.

"That's wrong apo, you shouldn't depend your own happiness to a man, or to anyone else." Grannie brush my soft hair again to calm my sobs. "I know you're more than that apo, cheer up. Do not harm yourself. Above all, you should love yourself more and you should know your value than anyone else."

Grannie kisses my forehead and sings a lullaby for me 'til I sleep.

"Ssh, Moby, ang kasat!"

Binaba ni Vince si Moby mula sa kama ko. Kinusot ko ang mga mata ko bago tumayo at nagsuot ng tsinelas.

" Amber," Vince tapped my shoulder to get my attention.

I just ignore him, dumiretso na ako sa bathroom para mag freshen up. Pagkalabas ko, I saw him leaning on my wall, with his hands on his pocket. He is wearing a white long sleeves and black sweat shorts.

" Amber," He called me, again.

" I'm fine, you can leave." Dumiretso na ako sa kama ko upang mahiga uli pero hinawakan niya ang wrist ko para pigilan ako.
