David rolled out of bed where he was watching a movie and hopped in for a quick shower to get ready for dinner at Daphne's.
When he got there, he complimented them on the nice pine tree standing in the corner of the living room, elegantly decorated with gold and silver ornaments and ribbons.
Dinner was good, especially after planning to have leftovers from his mom's fridge, but it was still weird not indulging in the traditional tamales he had every year at Eva's.
