"You're a little too good at this for it being your first time," David mumbled against her fervid lips as he unfastened Eva's bra.

At the moment, she couldn't even register what his rascal hands were up to. She was too busy swooning over the foreign feel of his fingertips running lightly up her bare spine before they stumbled onto the band of her bra.

Without allowing his lips to peel away from her, his hands glided back down to grip the hem of her shirt, intending to lift it up, but the moment she felt it nearing her chest, she came to her senses and sat up to tug it back down.

He propped himself to sit up in front of her with her legs still straddling his lap. Those stubborn hands tried yanking her shirt up against her hold. Eva placed a rejecting hand on his chest to push him back down, which wasn't difficult to do when the liquor in his system had not only robbed him of his senses but also his balance.

"Baby, come on, we were doing so good," he whined with his hands on her wrist, trying to pry her restraining hand off his chest.

"David, you're drunk." She reached behind her back to secure her bra.

The most cunning grin she'd ever witnessed, spread across his presumptuous face. "Yea, I am... but he's not."

Eva followed his eyes to where they'd briefly pointed to the center of his thighs. Her eyes nearly boggled out at the audacious suggestion. Without saying another word, she quickly hopped off him and turned towards the door.

"Eva, wait!" He grasped her wrist.

Her head turned to him. Her feet were impatient to run out of there before he could convince her to stay longer.

Her hormones had never raged against her this frantically, it was scary. Then again, she'd never been kissed before now, let alone been touched by another guy, a guy she was in love with, even in the simplest way. David had just trespassed boundaries that had never been intruded before and she had absolutely no idea how to handle it, other than running away to remove herself from the situation.

"Your kisses are too special," he whispered with lazy eyes that matched his slur. "Don't give them to just anybody... please?"

Eva nodded at her drowsy man with an inevitable smirk, restricting it from expanding into a full-blown grin. He'd never looked so vulnerable. So weary and ready to pass out. She suddenly felt like a fool for believing he'd even have the energy to keep her there all night to do anything.

"Thanks. I won't," she voiced simply, though internally, it was an unbreakable oath.

She effortlessly pulled her wrist out of his hold and left the room to head over to her own before his enticing lips could utter anything more.

David ran a hand through his hair. His eyes fell shut as the trace of her lips remained imprinted over his.
