Betty POV
Veronica stayed over last night and we spoke about everything including my thoughts on Archie.
I told her I wouldn't be a good friend to her if I put my happiness before hers by telling her to go be with Archie.
It hurts to let him go but I didn't realise how much I missed Veronica as my best friend.
I'm getting changed now where I'm going to meet Jug to collect Peter. The baby project has been going on for a few weeks now and it end in 3 weeks before senior prom then graduation.
I pictured myself dating football star Archie Andrews and us going to college together, I guess not.
I get changed into something comfy and head out

I reach pops and find jug sitting in a booth with Peter.
"Hey!"
"Hey, he was a nightmare last night so good luck!"
"Well 3 weeks left jug then prom, graduation, college and the rest of our lives."
"Yeah, hey I haven't asked what college are you going to, I got into Yale and so did Archie?"
"Wait really me and v did aswell!"
"Huh wow so we will all be together still,"
"I guess so."

Jughead POV
Betty was sitting uncomfortably, I could tell she had something to tell me,
"Hey you okay?"
"Um so you know that deal?"
"Yeah........?"
"So there's actually no need for that anymore-,"
I couldn't hear anymore so I cut her up, "oh wow I'm happy for you and Archie, I actually have to go and work, nice talk!"
I get up and start to walk away when she says something that changes everything,
"No Jug I let Veronica date him and we're okay!"
"Oh really!"I say trying to not act bothered when really I was so happy inside.
"Anyway me and Cheryl are going to this movie that came out.
"Have fun!"

Betty POV
I left pops after that weird reaction from jug and texted Cheryl I was on my way.
She hasn't reply back which is weird, I'm starting to get worried.

I reach her door and knock. Nothing. I knock again. Nothing. I get fed up and pick the lock and walk in. I find her baby in the play pen so I drop Peter in and start calling for her.
As I'm getting closer I can hear faint cries, Cheryl cries.
I run to her bedroom and push open the door to find Cheryl on her bed in tears and no Toni to be seen.
"C what's happened?"
"T-toni and me b-broke u-up!" Oh no! Cheryls probably heartbroken, and Toni aswell
"What happened?"
"Sh-he was hanging o-out wi-with this new h-hag named Pea-peaches a-a lot mo-more then me, th-then To-toni so-spent the night the-there and I a-asked what happened and s-she said nothing b-but I learnt that Pea-ches home only ha-has one b-bed and Toni may have che-cheated, I tr-trust her but the evidence pointing to he-her cheating there is a h-high chance so I ended it and then she left to go to a fr-friends house, probably Pea-peache's!"
I didn't want to leave her alone that night so I called Veronica and joisie over for a mini girls night.
They got here around 6 when I calmed Cheryl down a bit.
"Heyyyyyyyyy I went to the Wrym and got some drinks from Sweet Pea!" Josie said waving the bottles around
"I got some comedy's and food!" Veronica also says
"Thanks guys I can't be alone, hey when you went to the Wrym, did you see Toni?"
"No she hasn't been seen all day apparently,"
Cheryl looked down so I got up and started the first movie freaky friday

We sat in a circle and we're just talking,
"So I see a certain pair of besties have got back together and made up!"
"Yeah we talked and Archie is going to be with V and I'm happy for her!"
"Thank you B! Now what I want to know is what up with you and Jug?"
"What do you mean? We're practically going to be step siblings soon, and like I said before I don't like Jug like that."
"Hmmmm sure cuz."
"Let's play secrets or sins!" Josie suggests
Veronica starts, "now this'll sound weird  and Betty don't be annoyed but when me and jug were at the bunker, we kissed,"
I froze my two best friends kissed? The I realise what's there to be mad about.
"Why would I be annoyed, it sounded as if it was in the moment to me,"
"Cheryl you go!"
"Okayyyyyyy, I kissed Archie once!"
Now I'm really interested, "when C?"
"Last year, like jug and V's it was in the moment,"
"Josie your up!"
"Me and Sweet Pea had a summer fling and I ended it a few months ago buuuuuttttttt I started it back up last week!"
We all look at her speechless, we knew there was something we just didn't know that it went on that long.
"God I'm so lonely, and Cheryl welcome to the loners club!" I raise my glass and we hit our glasses together.
"I mean Betty you do have that Hobo, Jughead is it?"
"Yeah Betty he looks like he likes you," Josie agrees.
"Okay how much have you guys been drinking?"
"Idk B it looks like he really does like you!" Veronica sings
I check the time and it's only midnight. We start drinking more and start to watch the movie mean girls.
5mins later we hear a knock on the door. I slowly walk to the door and open it to reveal fangs and Kevin.
"Heyyyyyy girls, why didn't you invite us?"
"Sorry Kev it was last minute, Cheryl and Toni broke up,"
"Awww I loved having a gay couple to relate and talk to!" Fangs whines
We go and sit down in Cheryl's room.
"Omg mean girls I love this movie!"fangs says and sits at the front.
I watch half the movie before I fall asleep on Kevin who was also asleep.
