Halloween party pt1

Betty POV
V was acting really strange, like she didn't  even want me in the room with her, I thought she was going to be annoyed when I said I wanted to do a couples costume with Will, he asked me earlier if I could be his girlfriend, I don't know why and I do regret it a bit but I agreed.

Will is nice like I've said before but it doesn't feel right, I think I said yes because Will seemed like there wasn't going to be any drama involved with being with him, he's not in my past or, as far as I know, a secret spy, working for my dad.

I went to the shop and picked out a couples costume, Harry Potter seems nice, Ron and Hermionie. I always thought me and Arch were them, arch the ginger and me the perfect girl.

I take the costumes to Wills room, I didn't really want to be in a room with V alone right now, I just felt like she was hiding something, was she cheating on Archie?
Nah she couldn't be, but she always changes in the bathroom never outside, she's said she feels like someone will watch her change form the window, even if the curtains are drawn and her hair wasn't wet for a shower and her clothes were the same. I don't know what's up with her but she's definitely hiding something, but that can wait me and Will are going to meet up with her at the party, with others around, what could go wrong?

Veronica POV
I get to the party around 7, a few of the people from the dorm are here already and the music is loud.
I give jug a mask to wear for now until we are all here in a group to let him make the entrance and see Betty.
This all sounds so easy in my head, it's going to be a tough job and I alone need help.
I leave Jug at the door and tell him to keep hidden whilst I go to find kangs.
"Hey guys, I'm sure you already expect it but there will be a lot of drama happening tonight with Betty and Jug so I need my favourite gay couples power to help me!"
"Yeah we were saying what a disaster this might be, we'll inform choni also, they can help!" Fangs says and they leave to go and find the girls
I see Betty walk in with Will, hand in hand, Jug hasn't seen her yet. I call her over and tell her that we should go and find choni and kangs. I give Jug a sign to follow us to the table where we find the group.
"Hey guys, what's up your costumes look great!" Betty says
They all talk and I notice Cheryl and Toni's eyes move from Betty to behind me, jugs there, still with a mask on.
Betty turns around and looks at Jug, still not realising but I can hear Cheryl and Toni giggling
"Oh hey, V did you invite a date?"
A date? Does she think I'm cheating on Archie?
"No I just brought a friend, one of my best friends." I say and Betty looks really confused.
"All your best friends are here V, are you well?" She says touching my forehead
"Ugh no just take the mask of would you you hobo!" Cheryl shouts
"Hobo? Wait- no.. it can't be...." Betty says as she turns form Cheryl to Jug without his mask on.
"Jug......... your back!" She squeal and jumps into his arms.
Me and the couples in the back are sitting there witnessing this play out. Then Toni nudges me and points to Will strolling over here.
"Ah Betty! Why don't you and Jug go and talk over there." I say and push them away from a incoming Will.
"Hey, who was that just there with Betty?"
"Her boyfriend!" Cheryl says confidently
He laughs at us like we are stupid
"Seriously cutie, what the hell is wrong with you?" Kev says
"I mean, her boyfriend is right here!"
We all stand there, shocked, him and Betty are dating, and I've just sent Jug and her in there.
"I think that I'm going to go and get her."
"No!" Fangs shouts
"I'm sorry, are you okay?" He says, and he seemed genuinely worried
I see fangs give Kev a look then fangs cries, "my date won't even spend time with me, could we have some fun first!" Well done fangs, good distraction!
"Oh my do you want to talk?" Will says and they disappear into the crowd
"My boyfriend is so smart!" Kev says pleased
"Guys we just sent Betty in there, with jug and she's dating someone else and he doesn't know!" Toni says, snapping us back into reality.
"I'm going to go and spy on hobo and hobo bride!" Cheryl says pulling my hand with her.
"Me and Toni will keep and eye on Will!" Kev says
We start to eves drop on their conversation.
