Jughead POV
I did it! I did it! I can't believe she said yes! Well I can believe it but still!

After we drove back and the first place we went to was Alice and my dads house.

"Mum?" Betty calls
"Betty! How are you?"
"Engaged!" She says and shows the ring
"Oh jug you did it!" Alice says
"Wait wait! Who knew about this?" Betty asks
"Uh your mum, my dad, Polly Veronica Reggie Toni and Cheryl."
"Wow not much of a surprise now is it? I want to tell Kev then and jelly we need to tell her!"
"Tell me what?" Jelly says, "oh that your engaged."
"Wha-how?!" Betty says
"Like you said I'm quite the detective, congrats sister!" Jelly says hugging us
"Boy!" My dad says coming in the house
"Mr Jones, look!"
"You did it!"

After lots of congratulations and Polly coming over to see we eventually went home, to tell everyone else.

We start with Kev and fangs
"Hi Betty and jug, what's up?" Fangs says
"We'll look!" Betty says showing the ring
"OH. MY. GOD!" They both shout
"AHHH OMG IM SO EXCITED FOR THIS!" Kev squeals
"Okay so like when is it because I need to buy a amazing outfit and get everything ready as your wedding planner!" Fangs says
"Well I mean we got engaged tonight I'm pretty sure though you can definitely help!" I say

After some talking we move on to Cheryl and Toni
"Hey cousin, hobo what's up?"
"Cheryl his name is Jughead!" Toni corrects her girlfriend
"Okay sorry, hello cousin Forsythe."
Toni rolls her eyes, "I can never win with you!"
"Now you get it, now why are you calling us at midnight not like we were uh doing anything important."
"Well look!" And much like last time there was lots of congratulating and cheering then we moved onto Reggie and Veronica

"Hey V I have something to tell you!" Betty says
"Well me too!" V says what could it be?
At the same time they bother raise a hand and on Veronica's is a diamond ring on her wedding finger.
"OMG!" The both squeal
"Wait reg you proposed?" I say
"Yeah tonight."
"Me too, congrats man!" I say
"Okay so Betty was it your ideal engagement?" V says knowing I had to look through Betty's book
"Perfect, too perfect V did you tell jug about the uh book?"
"Um......no?"
"V! Jug honestly whatever you saw in there I've changed!" Betty assures me
"Okay it's fine." I say
"Oh thank god." She says relieved
Then I add, "mrs Betty Andrews."
"Shut up!" She says and playfully punches me.
"Yeah uh Betty that was some hardcore crush on a 'dreamy, cute, red head Archie Andrews that we unfortunately couldn't get at the engagement." Reggie says laughing and Veronica is holding back her laugh for the sake of her best friend.
"Ugh bye guys!" Betty says and ends the call

"Who else?" I say
"I'm too tired, we can call Josie, sweets and one other tomorrow if there is anymore." Betty says
"Okay mrs Betty Andrews." I say in a jokey way
"Imma kill you!"
"If you can catch me but uh in your condition you won't be able to." I say backing away
"Have you ever heard of the saying, 'never annoy a pregnant woman' because I'll get very annoyed and this baby will be born with no father!" She yells
"Wow damn, never gonna annoy you mrs Betty Andrews!" I say and run a distance from her
"Okay it's our engagement night and you are sleeping on the couch!" She says going to our room and getting pillows
"Cmon it was a joke, your not serious?" I say laughing
"Deadly jug, deadly serious! But because we are meant to be with each other on this night you can sleep on the couch with a picture of me, goodnight Jughead I'm tired and well baby is messing with my bladder, not the romantic words I'm meant to say on a night like this but I need to pee so yeah."

"I'm sorry!" I yell through the bathroom door
"What's abbys surname?" She says
"Greener why?"
"Okay..... mr Forsythe Pendleton greener!" She yells
"See that doesn't work!" I say
"I know, but it's you that dated her not me and Archie."
"Uh that's true, why would I ever date her, why did I?"
"I don't know you never told me." She says coming out the bathroom
"Ohh wait, it was when you friend zoned me for Archie for the millionth time even though I never signalled I wanted to be with you even if I did."
"So you went to Abby! Desperate much?" She says laughing
"I don't know what I was thinking."
"Well goodnight Forsythe here's a nice no baby version  photo of me." She says giving me a photo of and shutting the bedroom door
"Please let me back in Betty. Although this picture of you is kinda hot!" I say
"Promise you won't call me mrs Betty Andrews I swear I want to burn that book!"
"I promise! Let me back in!"
"Fine. Come in!"

I go In and she's lying in her side facing away from me.
"I love you mrs to be Betty Jones!"
"That's better. I love you Jughead Jones. And you a miss Juliet Jones. Ooo she might be Juliet mantle soon when she dates Reggie and Veronica's kid."
"She's never dating till she's 35!" I say getting protective
"Sure jug sure, was it you encouraging jelly to date at 14?" She says cuddling up to me
"That's different."
"Sure it is."

And we went to sleep.
