Chapter 87

Katy woke up alone in her bed...And the events that took place last night made her mood fall...And even though they're not in good terms..Katy was still worried on where her girlfriend was cause there's no sign of her laying beside her last night...

She lets out a breath as she slowly sat up and glanced at the clock...

Its already half past eight and she can't hear anything from downstairs... She stood up and walked out of her room and went downstairs where what she saw made her frown in confusion and butterflies begin to flutter in her stomach... Red rose petals scattered everywhere leading to the kitchen where she saw the table set up and a boquet resting on top of the table...She walked closer and stared at what is layed infront of her...Hot pancakes..Looked it just have been made..

A small smile form on her face as she raised the roses looking at it...She shakes her head and let out a soft giggle..Typical Cheryl..Full of surprises..

Her eyes landed on the note beside the plate making her put back the roses and pick up the note unfolding it..

Goodmorning Baby...
Everything's messed up..I know and its all my fault. You know I'm sorry.I'm sorry I made you deal with my f*cked up problems.You don't have to fix everything babe. I know your tired and I'm taking over...I'll fix this. I'll find a way so we can go back to normal. I love you and our daughter and I promise with all my heart, I will make things right..

So to start, I made you a simple breakfast to lighten your mood up... Hope you liked it.I love youXxx

I'm just in our daughter's room..

A proper smile grew on Katy's face as she folds the note and placed it down on the table.. She stepped back and took a picture of the scene before sitting down on her seat and starts to eat her special breakfast.

Cheryl didn't slept that day...She made Katy's breakfast, she bought flowers at seven in the morning.. Even though her head is already pounding from the alcohol she took last night but she ignored that cause there's more important things she has to do and think about to even bother to take painkillers for her head...

Noe she lays beside her broken daughter taking her in her arms..Max was still asleep but she turned and shuffle closer to her mother..It made a lump form on Cheryl's throat as she draped her arm on Max's waist...She placed a tender kiss on her forehead at the same time Max mumble something making Cheryl look down to her but she was still walking in dreamland....

"I'm sorry baby... I really love you so much..." The first tear fell.. She can't help it..She feels like its all her fault that her family is messed up now. Specially with Max...She wants her old Maxene back whose always cheery...That laughs everyday that even in a hard and stressfull day, the couple can still manage to laugh and smile with their daughter cause she lifts their spirits up...

"What a f*cked up first Christmas together....Thought we could've had fun.." She engulf Max in her arms in a protective way.. Hearing her heart beat pound in hrr daughter's chest matching her own.. Max's moved again and clutched the fabric of Cheryl's shirt snuggling further Cheryl's neck like a child clinging to her mother.

"I won't do this again...I won't ever hurt you no more...I will give you the best and I will give you the love you need even more than that..." Little did she knew Max woke up already...She just wants to hear what her mother has to say and little by little it was breaking her walls down and the pain in her chest wasn't there anymore.So she pretended to be asleep so maybe fix this now...

"I want you to come back...I need you to come back to us..I'm losing it baby...You're mum is tired of us already and I understand it...Cause she was the one who always fix everything and that's bot fair for her..." Katy stopped at the door and opened it a bit to see her girls... She looks with awe and decided not to come in..They need their time alone..

"So I'm fixing this...Baby I'm not asking you to forgive us, if its not the right time..All I want is for you to come back to us... Don't stay in the darkness baby...It will ruin for the rest of your life...We're here for you...We won't let you go and go back to the orphanage because you are mine...You belong to me and I will take good care of you for the rest of my life...

"Promise-" The sudden whisper surprised Cheryl making her pull back to see her daughter's green eyes staring at her...A small smile form on Max's face and for Cheryl it was a big sign and step as her eyes filled with hot tears taking her daughter in her arms again..

"I promise..I swear on my life..I love you so much.." Max put the voices behind her head...It was time she gets back to herself and there'a nothing that can stop her..

As soon as Max's arm touches the back of Cheryl, she closed her eyes and pulled her mother closer..This is the only time she realize how much she misses her Mam..

"I'm sorry for making you cry again.." Max mumbles....But Cheryl didn't respond..She's lost in her daughter's arms.. Cause she misses her over the top...

"I missed you so much...Baby..." Max's walls are breaking but Max didn't mind cause she's now trusting her Mam's words again...Cheryl can break Max's walls so easy and gain her trust again.. That's how it works. And now she's fully depending on it..

Cheryl pulled away and turn getting three light blue roses on the bedside table and handing it to her daughter...

"I'm so sorry Maxy... I love you to the moon and back.." Max eyes are fixed on the roses in front of her as she slowly took them from Cheryl.. She then look up yo her Mam and placed a soft kiss on her cheek..

"Thank you Mammy..." A proper smile form on Cheryl's face as she hears the familiar sweetness of Max's voice...We're halfway there...She thought..

Max snuggled to her Mam closing her eyes holding the roses close to her heart...Her Mam again broke her walls down completely..But right now she's already on the right mind to fully trust on her Mam cause she knows that this won't happen again...
