Chapter 92

Author's P.O.V.

Four days have passed and Max's dreams are getting worse..It got to the point where she doesn't want to sleep anymore cause she doesn't want terrible nightmares visiting her in the middle of the night or if she had a nightmare, she would thought of it as reality and it would last a day with her leaving with it..

It was killing the couple as they watch their daughter in tears every minute of the day that it will only stop the first hours that she's asleep.. So they decided to talk to Max about going back to London already and attending sessions with a psychologist..

Actually, Cheryl is a bit on the line here cause she doesn't quite agree with the fact that Max will attend theraphies cause Cheryl admits she's selfish. She wants that she'll be the one who's gonna help her daughter and no one else and she believes she can.. But Katy made up her mind..And she can't change that no more..

But with Katy's perseverance of making Max understand her situation and explaining to her what is reality..She finally got Max to agree to go back..and this made Katy so happy cause she only wants her daughter to be back to the way she was.. She just wants her to get better..

Now, they're on a plane off to London.. Silence are surrounding them. They were on their own worlds with Katy looking through the bulletproof window, Cheryl being too busy with her phone texting Lily cause the paps found out that they're coming back today and with Max's state at the moment , they can't handle to be bombarded right now. While Max has gotten into her sleep with her hands clasped with her mothers' hands..It was a way of putting her in ease...

Cheryl lets out a frustrated sigh making Katy turn to her stressed girlfriend...Actually, Katy missed Cheryl even though they've been with each other these past few days. She misses their happy moments together cause they're going through a storm right now..And she just wishes that one day the rainbow will appear and it will all go back to the way it was.

"Babe, Is there a problem..You look so stressed out.."

"Paps.." Cheryl sighed as she glanced at Katy.

"We'll get through them..Don't worry."

"Lily said they couldn't get hold of them..They're so many..They're calling security" Katy squeezed Cheryl's hand making her look at her.. Katy leaned forward resting her hand on Cheryl's cheek as she kissed her softly making Cheryl relaxed. She felt comfort in that kiss..

"What was that for?" Cheryl smiled as Katy pulled away making Katy blush. There was something about Cheryl that makes her fall in love with her more with every day that passed..

"I just- I love you and I don't want to see you all stressed out.."

"I just wish they could stop you know..Why do they have to know where we are anyway..Its scaring us, specially with the little one in our hands."

"We can't control them babe..But we can always avoid them.. You said Lily had called security. We'll surely pass them safely."

"You always know what to say.." Cheryl smiled tilting her head to the side with a dimpled smile on display making Katy look in awe.

"Aww, you're so cute." Cheryl lets out a giggle pulling Katy forward and placed her lips against hers..

"That made me feel better..Thanks baby." Cheryl whispered against Katy's lips as a smile form on her face. Katy gave Cheryl one last smack before pulling away with a smile on her face..

"I love you.."

"I love you too."

With all the comotion outside the airport and to ensure the safety of Max. One security was carrying her while she held her Mam's hand.. They were met by Lily at the airport to accompany them as they made their way outside..They kept their head down with the coue hand in hand as flashes started and yells being heard...Cheryl squeezed her daughter's hand to reassure her...

After that, they eventually got safely in the car and as soon as the doors were closed Mark, the driver stepped on it..

"Everyone okay?" Lily asked as she turns her head to look at them from the passenger seat..

"Yes..Thanks Lils."

"No problem.." Lily smiled. Her eyes travelled to Max who was looking at her..

"Hi Max, How's your holiday?" The couple just exchanged looks while Max just gave Lily a small smile then looked away as she rest her head on Katy's shoulder closing her eyes to return to her sleep.. Max is tired and it seems like she can only get some sleep when morning comes or sometimes she doesn't sleep the whole day.

Lily looked up to the couple with worried eyes which in return they both sighed..

"Is she alright?" Lily whispered cause she's aware that Max had slipped into her sleep while Katy fixed her position resting her head on her chest instead..

Cheryl shook her head in answer to Lily's question. "She hasn't slept a wink...Her nightmares are haunting her again.." Lily noticed Cheryl's uneasiness with talking about the subject so she nodded off to dismiss it.

Max collapse on the sofa with Wacky beside her as soon as they got in the mansion..Their house is big and luxurious enough for the three but Katy and Cheryl chose this because of the surroundings.. It was a bit away from the city, so its very quiet.

"Maxene..Do you want something to eat?"

"Strawberries..." Cheryl stared at her daughter for a while before letting out a smile..She can't believe that Max is actually asking for her treat..

"Right away baby..." Cheryl planted a kiss on Max's forehead before going through the kitchen where Katy was pouring a glass of water. She walked over the fridge and brought out a bowl of Max's favorite chocolate dipped strawberries...And when Katy saw this her face lit up matching Cheryl's mood as they both walk back to the front room..

"Here.." A small smile form on Max's face as she looked at her snack in front of her..It always gets her into a lighter mood everytime she see some of her favorite suff..

The couple was in full smile as they watch their daughter enjoy her food. It was a sign..A sign that Max is slowly getting back to herself. Something they have been waiting for. They just wish that it will continue so that Max could get better soon.
