Chapter 116

A few days later, Katy is already discharge from the hospital and they are on their way home. But there's a big change with in the little family. It wasn't like before.

As soon as they got home to Katy's place, Cheryl would always makes herself busy. She would do all the chores in the house while Katy was in bed or otherwise she would be sat by the sofa watching TV.

Max has gone into a big change, she decided to keep her walls up and learn on how to be independent. She wasn't like before, she do things on her own. She's not clingy anymore, Sometimes she would read a book if she's not doing anything just to avoid conversations with her parents.Cause even though she forgave her parents, she couldn't help to feel different about them. Cause she's still hurting with the fact that they rejected her.

Max's actions was noticed by the couple and it worried them both. They know that they don't have the right to complain about it cause they made her that way. But they miss Max so much and they are doing all the effort for them to bring the teen back but its hard.

"Babe we'll be going back to London tomorrow. I have a month off before the next tour begins." Katy said in a gentle tone asthe couple lay in bed with Katy holding Cheryl as tight as possible. Like she's afraid to let go of her.

"Where is your next tour?"

"Australia in Perth." Katy whispered as she planted a kiss on Cheryl's forehead making Cheryl letou a small smile. She knows Katy is making the effort on her and she loves it but her thoughts are bring taken away by Max. She hates the fact that Max is bring independent. Cause she's her baby. She doesn't want her to grow up yet.
"A penny for your thoughts babe.." Katy whispered snapping Cheryl out of her thoughts and sighed.

"I was just thinking about Max. She changed."

"I know, She has her walls up again." The couple sighed. Then silence fills the air. Katy thought Cheryl was already asleep but found Cheryl wide awake staring at nothing. She wants to ask her if they're okay cause she still feels bad of what she had done to Cheryl. She wants to make it all better.

Cheryl looks up to her girlfriend and raised her brows offering a smile but Katy didn't returned it. She just stares at her brown orbs.

"What?" Cheryl smiled.

"Chez, a-are we okay?" Katy asked in a hushed tone bur Cheryl heard it clearly. "What?" She propped herself on her elbows to have a better look on Katy. She can see that Katy is uneasy.

"I-I'm just...I'm sorry..I kinda hate myself for doing that to you..Baby I'm sorr- Mmm" Cheryl cut Katy off by capruring her lips in hers. And with the kiss Katy and Cheryl felt alive again. It's like they have been refreshed and all the events that happened in the past have been flushed away with the anger and disappointment. Cause Cheryl knows that at the end of the day, They love each other and she can see Katy really meant it when she said she won't do it again. That she's putting her trust in her again.

"Mmm" They pull away from each other but kept her fpreheads resting on each other. Eyes closed and hearts beating as one.

"I love you, and that is that." Cheryl whispered sending a blow of relief to Katy. She lets out a little chuckle and wrapped her arms around Cheryl's middle rolling her until she's completely on top of her making Cheryl giggle.

Katy immediately leans down taking her lover's lips diving her tongue straight away earning a soft moan from the brunette. She can already feel her body heating up.

"I love you too. So much.." Katy breathe as she remove Cheryl's top leaving her in just her bra. Cheryl immediately pulled Katy down and took her lips.

She was feeling the same hunger as Katy. And they want to show it to each other tonight. It's gonna be a long night.

Cheryl woke up with blue eyes staring at her making her smile as she snuggle closer to her lover.

Katy was seeing her whole world in Cheryl. And she knows to herself that she would die without her. Cheryl got her drugged up with her love. She's addicted to her. And she can't let her go. Its time.

"Will you marry me?" Katy whispered. It took a few seconds before Cheryl shot her eyes wide and suddenly got off the bed and went to the bathroom.

Cheryl wore her night gown and wrapped around her body as lets out a breath and brushed her teeth before going back to bed.

"What is that again?" She breathe making Katy smile. She also got off the bed and went to the bathroom leaving Cheryl confuse. Few secinds later, Katy came back with her nightgown on and a dental floss in her hand as she got on the bed. Katy took a medium length of floss then took Cheryl's left hand.

"I don't have the ring yet but...I think this will do for now..." Katy giggled as she tied a knot around Cheryl's finger.

Cheryl stared at Katy with her heart beating so fast. She was atill in a state of shock and she's already tearing up.

"I want you to remember that this day, is the day I asked you if you want to marry me...That's if you want." Katy whispered as she look deep into her lover's eyes. Looking for a sign of agreement.

Cheryl got on her knees and reached for her phone on the bedside table, pytting on camera.

"So I would never forget the person who makes us happy." She took a picture of her left hand beside Katy's face who's at the same time kissing it making Cheryl giggle.

"Yes. I will marry you." She kissed Katy sending her love and all her emotions to her before pulling away and hugging Katy tight making her giggle.

"I love you so much." Katy whispered hugging Cheryl tighter as she shut her eyes and a tear fell down.

"I love you too.. very much.."

Max was at the garden just enjoying the weather as she's sat by the the swing with a book in her hand. Reading was becoming a hobby of hers and she loves it. Its like an escape feom reality to her and all that's going on around her.

She was too stuck up with the book she's reading that she didn't even noticed that her parents are walking towards her with wide smiles on their faces.

"Baby" Max jumped and dropped her book making them let out a smile as Katy crouch down to grab the book.

"God, you nearly gave me a heart attack." Max rolled her eyes as she sat back with a hand on her chest.

"You okay?" Cheryl whispered as they took a sit beside their daughter.

"Yes..Just don't fo that again." They both nodded and exchanged looks before Katy decided to talk.

"Max we have something to tell you.."

"What is it?"

"We're getting married?" Max froze she doesn't know if she heard it right.

"What?!"

"I'mmarrying your mam." Katy blurted making Cheryl giggle. Max turned to Cheryl raising her brows asking for the truth and Cheryl nodded.

"Shut the fridge!!" Max suddenly jolt out of her seat and faced her laughing parents. Max stared at them with a proper smile on her face.

Max just doesn't want her mam to fet hurt again. And it seems like her mum really regret what she had done to her mam and she believes that Katy won't ever do that again.

And without a second Max launched herself into her parents as a few tears fell.

"I'm so happy for you guys.." Max plants a kiss on their foreheads and hug them again. Max was happy but there's something inside her that is terrified. She's terrified that she might be put a side cause her mam is having a new family and she's afraid that as time goes by, she wouldn't be in it.
