Chapter 105

Katy woke up feeling terrible. Her head is beong stomped by thousand of elephants all at the same time making her groan in bed realizing she's all alone at the same time the door opened revealing Cheryl wearing an oversize shirt and denim shorts holding a glass of water.

"I thought you weren't going to wake up. " Cheryl sighed as she close the door behind her and walk towards the bed.

"What time is it?"

"It's already one in the afternoon Katy. So its best if you get up and fix yourself.." Cheryl took out some painkillers from the cabinet and took one pill giving it to Katy which she immediately took and get it in her system.

"Now go and get up. D'you know that Max wanted to see you earlier but I made some excuse just so she can't see you naked..Now, go..Fix yourself up." Cheryl said firmly making Katy sigh

"Babe..Why are you so grumpy." Katy groaned as she lay back in bed getting in the covers just to be pulled by Cheryl.

"Cheryl-"

"Katy just go for a shower and put some clothes on please." Katy sighed and sat up getting off the bed making her way to the bathroom.

"Ugh! My head's being stepped on."

"That's what you get for drinking too much" Katy rolled her eyes before closing the bathroom door and take a shower.

Cheryl sighed and collapse in bed. Her thoughts went to the proposal and the her permission to Mary and Keith. She's trying to compose what she was going to say. What will Katy's parents say. Will they agree with it. Will Katy marry her. She doesn't know how to cope with that. She might get empty again.

"Goodmorning Mum or should I say Goodafternoon Mum.." Max giggled as Katy and Cheryl made their way downstairs. Katy rolled her eyes with a small smirk playing on her lips and threw a pillow towards her daughter laugh.

Katy slumped down on the sofa closing her eyes. The painkillers doesn't seem to work. Her head is still pounding.

"I'll get you coffee." Cheryl said as she made her way to the kitchen while Max sat down beside her Mum resting her head on her side grabbing thr control and start flicking through the channels.

"Mum don't drink too much yea" Max said out of the blue making Katy look down to her daughter.

Max was just masking her disappointment for her Mum. Cause she knows Katy's only purpose was to have fun. But she can't help to think back when Daniel was drunk and he would hurt her. Although Max knows Katy can't do that to her, she was still worried that it might happen again.

A few seconds to sink in, Katy came to her senses as she remembered Daniel always come home drunk and he'll hit Max. She then felt guilty about last night. Her excitement and her happiness took over her last night making her so insensitive.

Katy wrapped her arms around her daughter making Max look up to her with a confuse look.

"I won't drink too much again..alright baby..I love you.." Max giggled as she planted a kiss on her Mum's cheek making Katy smile.

"Hey, I'm out of the picture.." Cheryl pouted as she came into view holding a mug and placed it on the table.

"Aaww, Come here babe." Katy pulled Cheryl to sit on her lap snaking her arm around her waist.

"I'm gonna miss you two" Katy whispers, a hint of sadness in her voice. If she can, she would take Cheryl and Max with her but Cheryl has priorities to make.

"We're gonna miss you too mum. So much"

Cheryl and Max are on their way home from the airport. Katy just took off and Max got emotional about it cause even though she's sure that she'll see her mum after a week and a half, she still misses her mum already.

"Mam, I miss Mum already.." Cheryl glanced at her daughter on the passenger seat to see her daughter looking at her with sad eyes making Cheryl sigh and turn back to the road.

"Babe, I promise we'll see her in a week and a half okay.." Max face lit up as she remembers the proposal her Mam is preparing for.

"So Mam are you ready with the proposal.."

"Babe, I'm nervous as hell. Although I've got a week left ."

"Just be yourself mam. And speak from the heart." Max's last words hit her making some kind of hope bloom inside her.

"Will do...I love you baby. Thanks for giving the idea to us. "

"Welcom Mam, is the least I can do"Max can't wait for her parents to be married because then her family would be complete.
