Chapter 70

Its been four days and Max hasn't woken up yet and I'm getting worried about this already. I still hope she will get better and wake up soon cause I really really miss her.

"Babe, you're going to the show tonight?" Katy said making us turn to her and sigh.

"Yes, but I'll be back here after the show." Honestly, I don't want to do X factor tonight but I have to cause I didn't get to attend Lauren's rehearsals and Simon just fill up for us for a while so its the least I can do.

"What time will you go to the studios?"

"Maybe about 5, Why?" I walk towards her and sat on her lap making her wrap her arms around us.

"Mom and dad will be here about 4:30. So I'll just drive you there and after that maybe I could buy something for our daughter. Cause I have a feeling she'll wake up very soon."

"What will you buy?"

"I don't know but I want to be special...Maybe a bicycle, what d'you think." She shrugged. I was a bit worried about the idea and I know Max doesn't know how to ride a bike.

"Its a good one but she doesn't know how to ride a bicycle."

"I can teach her you know." She sighed. " I promise, I'd handle her with so much care and I won't let anything bad happen to her." She smiled. That's what's good about Katy and I's relationship. We can tell what the other is thinking just by looking at each other's eyes and for me that's amazing.

"Alright then.." A grin form across her lips and squeezed me tight.

"Max would be so happy when she see what's in store for her."

Katy's P.O.V.

"So what time will you be at the hospital babe." I reach for her hand and laced our fingers together as I drive her to the studio.

"Maybe ten or eleven. I might go to the house first to change then I could buy some Chinese on the way."

"No, you just go back to the house to change and i'll buy our dinner later on okay.." I plant a kiss on her forehand and saw at the corner of my eye a smile showing off her adorable dimples. The car had filled with silence just to be broken by my phone ringing making sigh.

"Babe, can you answer that for me.." I said and she took my phone and answer it.

'Hello..No, its Cheryl. Katy's driving.."

"Babe just put it on speaker." She did what I said putting it on speaker.

'Hello?'

'Katy, your album is finished and I really hate to break it you but the management scheduled you for two TV interviews on Monday-'

'Wait, What!' I was shocked. My management found a way for me to come back to America right away. My mood changes fast and I was really furious right now that I'm gripping on the wheel hard making my knuckles white while Cheryl just sit there quietly just holding my phone and looking out the window.

'I'm sorry Kat but they just told me this morning when they already scheduled you..I can't do anything about it anymore.' I stop at a red light and groaned resting my head back. I can't think straight right now cause I'm really over the top irritated with my management.

"What show?" I sighed.

"On Monday, you'll do an interview for Ellen then the morning after that you'll be on GMA. I'm really sorry Kat.. I did everything I could, I just- the management is very tough." I immediately stepped on it as soon as the green light is on. Trying to think of a way even if there's no more getting out of this.
