Chapter 132

Max's P.O.V.
"Mum wake up" I whispered in her ear trying not to squeal. Its early in the morning and I'm so excited cause my song will be played on the radio.

Actually, I didn't got that much sleep and even though my eyes are burning right now, my energy is on high.

"Mummy"

"Mmm" She started stirring and her eyes flutter. I had a huge smile on my face as her eyes travelled to me.

"Max" I put my finger against my lips gesturing to mam, who's sleeping peacefully beside her. She looked at me eith a confuse look on her face.

"What time is it?" She whispers as she untangle herself carefully from mam and sat on the bed.

"Six" She groans and was about yo lay back again but I grab her hand pulling her up.

"I know, I'm sorfy but I really need you right now."

"For what. Angel, I love you but Its too early and I'm still sleepy can't it wait later?"

"Mum please?" I stuck out my bottom lip and batt my long lashes to her making her sigh and give in.

"Alright" I immediately grab her up making her stumble a bit.

"God's sake Max will you slow down." I giggled as we step out of their room and went to my room. I sat her down on the bed but she layed on her back making me smile as I walk over to the player turning it on and Mum's song The One That Got Away filled the room.

I look over to mum on my bed and it seems she had fallen asleep again making me giggle. My parents are not really morning persons.

I walked towards the bed and lie beside mum draping my arm across her stomach and she pulled me in her arms making me smile.

'Alright that song is The One That Got Away by Katy Perry. I think she's still here in London right? Right. Alright this next song is new this just came in earlier.

A smile form on my lips as I close my eyes and snuggle to mum. I felt her lips on my forehead and that only means she's half awake.

The song's called From Here To The Moon and Back. Its by...Oh, This is fresh. Its by Maxene Tweedy..

I felt mum moved but then seconds pass and I felt her froze. I look up to her with a smile to see her eyes widen.

I planted a kiss on her side and closed my eyes snuggling further to her as the song starts to play.

I can hear mum's heart beating frantically in her chest and I think that's a good sign. The song is actually for the both of them so its like our family song.

Minutes later as the song came to an end, Mum squeezed me making me look up to her and I got worried when I saw tears in her eyes.

"Mum, what's wrong?" I whispered as I wipe her tears. She shook her head and just held me closer.

"That song, you wrote that?"She sniffs and I smile.

"Some of it yea..Some of it are mam's" She pulled back and look at me with a confuse look on her face.

"She knows about this?"

"No"

"Then how come you said some of the lyrics are written by her." I sighed and pull away from her sitting up on the bed. I opened the drawer of the bedside table and took mam's notebook giving it to Mum. She look at me then the notebook before sitting up and took the notebook opening it.

"I found that in the studio along with the blank papers. At first, I thought she was talking about you's but I found my baby picture at the back of it."
