Au- high school, human
Roman was almost at school when saw his crush- I mean best friend. Yeah, definitely just his best friend... hehe... Roman smiled and ran over to Virgil. He wrapped his arms around Virgil's waist and picked him up. ("Marinette, yeah, of course, she's a very good friend.")
Virgil squeaked loudly. He looked and saw who it was. "Roman!!" he said.
"Hi, Virgey~!" Roman greeted flirtatiously. Virgil pouted at him, crossing his arms. Roman set Virgil down, keeping his arms around him. "You look so unapproachable," Roman chuckled.
"And yet, here you are," Virgil said, rolling his eyes.
"Because I know how innocently adorable you are~," Roman said sweetly.
Virgil stammered a little, then said. "Shut up!" He pulled himself out of Roman's arms and started to walk towards the door of the school. Roman chuckled and followed him.
"Are you finally going to come to one of my games tonight?" Roman asked. He was on the school football team, more specifically he was the quarterback.
"You know it's not really my thing," Virgil mumbled. He doesn't like all the loud people. Well people in general.
"Yeah..." Roman sighed. "We still hanging out after?"
"Yeah," Virgil said.
"Cool, my parents are on another business trip, so it will just be us and Remus," Roman said. "Well, unless he brings his mystery boyfriend... I wonder who it is..."
"Okay. I might be a bit later than usual. I'm helping my grandma with her garden after school, then I have to go to the store for her, then I'm planning to help her do some cleaning," Virgil said.
Virgil lived with his grandma ever since the accident his parents were in. He would spend the night at Roman's a lot though, since Roman and Remus' parents were always out on business trips. Roman was his best friend. Definitely only his best friend, not his crush or anything. Nope, only his best friend. ("Me? Going after Marinette? N-no, she's just a friend." ...just me? Okay... I'll go home...)
"Okay," Roman said. "The game ends at about *time football games usually end*." (sorry I don't know shit about sports.) The two walked into their first class and sat in the back together.
----------------------------------
Virgil got done with what he was doing early. Roman wasn't back from his game yet, so Virgil climbed in through his window, then changed into some PJs, a pair of shorts, and an oversized hoodie. He laid on Roman's bed and scrolled through his phone.
About 20 minutes later, Roman walked into his room. He looked at his bed to find a sleeping Virgil, snuggling into Roman's pillow. He smiled lovingly at the sleeping boy. He sighed and grabbed some PJs, then made his way to his bathroom to take a shower.
Roman got out of the shower and changed into his PJs, a pair of sweatpants. He went to the kitchen, made some popcorn, grabbed some other snakes, as well as some drinks. He ordered a pizza, then went back to his room with the snacks and drinks. He nudged Virgil a little, after setting the stuff down. Virgil pushed him away, with a small whine.
Roman chuckled, "Virgil, pst."
"What," Virgil yawned, rubbing his eyes.
"Movie time," Roman said. He turned on his TV and started a Disney movie, as Virgil sat up. Virgil grabbed the bowl of popcorn and ate a few pieces. Roman chuckled a little. "I ordered a pizza. It should be here in like 15 minutes."
"K," Virgil said, with a mouthful of popcorn. Roman chuckled more, rolling his eyes.
-----------------------------------------------
The pizza arrived Roman paid for it. Roman and Virgil ate pizza, watching Disney. They spent the night watching Disney, eating snacks, and having fun.
They fell asleep eventually and woke up cuddling. They blushed, pulling away from each other. They looked at their phones to see a text from Remus in a group chat of the three of them. It was a picture of Roman and Virgil cuddling each other close.
(671 words. I didn't know how to end this...)
