They waited for the hubbub to disperse so they didn't have to fight anyone just to read names on the board.

'Oh my god! You got in Terry! You got in!' shouted Michael. He started jumping, holding Terry's shoulders in astonishment. Terry jumped with him, screaming overjoyously that he was going to be in the quidditch team.

Anthony was gleaming. 'Congrats Terry! You were really great in tryout!'

But Joel? Joel didn't feel the hype. He sulked and walked away. 'So stupid...' he muttered to himself. The three others froze and looked at him.

'Not even a congrats...' said Terry.

'He'll come around,' Anthony tried to comfort.

Joel acted like the announcement never happened. He was regal, smiley, all around with his friends. He avoided anything about quidditch. He'd rather watch other people than hop on the congratulation train.

Terry was a little bit weirded out, but he kept it to himself. For days, Joel kept up like that, making Terry feel guilty for no reason. Right until he was about to go to his first practice, Joel finally gave in and congratulated him.

Terry was relieved. 'Thanks, Joel.'

Hogsmeade day!

Michael and Anthony had been here before when their parents visited some relatives who lived there. While the others hadn't been at all, collectively, they were all so excited to have their first Hogsmeade visit since being a Hogwarts student! Students in their uniform roamed around the village, going in and out of shops, hanging out at cafes; pubs; and restaurants, or just being outside for a fresh cool air.

The group walked around the cobblestone roads of this beautiful artistic village. The cobblestones were smooth. Some houses were decorated with spring flowery plants, very charming in this Spring season.

'Oh look at that dress by the window! It's so cute!' Sue said.

'Oh my god. It is! Look at the ruffles! I want one!' Isobel replied.

They saw a big fountain. Coins found in the bottom floor of the water.

'I think this is a wishing faountain!' said Lisa.

Everyone leaned in to look at the bottom of the fountain. There were tousands of knuts, some sickles, and rare galleons.

'Well, let's all make a wish, then,' said Terry.

Everyone got a knut. They held their little coins firmly, closing their eyes, and wishing for something.

Joel wished, despite everything, he could get into quidditch team somehow.

Someone tossed their coin first. It splashed against the body of water. Others started tossing their coins too. Joel had, and he opened his eyes to look at the others. Then he found Sue staring at him and looked away, seemingly like she was embarassed of something.

Lisa noticed a rune sentence under the statue in the middle of the fountain.

'Hey,' said Lisa. 'Anyone take runes class?'

Anthony, Joel, Sue, Isobel, and Padma claimed it.

'Alright, look. There are runes under the statue, what does it say?'

Everyone checked the runes. They were surprised she noticed it. It was quite small, but it was carved in confidentally.

'Hmmm...' those who took runes got together.

'That's po... posuit?' Padma spoke

'That's valorem...' Anthony added the next bit.

'Is that et or le?' spoke Sue.
