Joel trained his transitioning job from being an agent to be in much higher position he thought he would never have. He was taking over Neville's job, which was to manage the agency mission; to keep the Muggleborn search run. Then the second hand in keeping files like Anthony had to be someone trustworthy as well, as Anthonybalso had to leave for Hogwarts. Joel had considered Lizzy. But Lizzy had only been here for a little while. Perhaps it was unwise to do so as the other agents didn't know Lizzy well enough. He settled on to take Anthony's job as well in the end.

As the active members were busy, Lizzy went to check up on Carl. She walked up to the second floor and found his bedroom. The room was decorated of old fancy interior. Carl was in bed, sleeping.

She approached quietly, but he knew she was coming. 'Don't come any closer. Your smell is too much...' he said.

So Lizzy stood there. 'How are you feeling?'

'Not so great, but I'm grateful... I'm grateful to be out of that godforsaken room. I hear from Michael that it was because of you that I'm saved... thanks Lizzy...'

Lizzy shook her head. 'I do wish that... but I have to give it to Joel. He's the one who's doing the real job. He got caught in one of the rooms to find you.'

Carl was quiet. 'So he must know the conditions then...'

'Yeah...'

'I think it's the soap...'

'Sorry? Didn't catch that.'

'I think it's the soap. We use soap to take away our smell. We literally can't smell one another. Once new people arrivedz the smell is as bad as wet rubbish.

'That sounds horrible'

'Yeah. Ask Joel.'

'Okay... well, lunch is in an hour, I'll take it up to you by then.'

'Okay... thanks, Lizzy. For everything.'

'No worries,' she said in a smile. 'Welcome back, Carl.'

Joel was practically always in this room 24/7. The sofa became his bed. He laid there, with a journal of missing Muggleborns on his face, sleeping.

Lizzy saw him and started crawling over, scooting in.

Joel peeked and smiled, finding her settling on, resting half of her on him. He put the journal aside on the coffee table and scooted subtly to make room for her in an embrace, making her feel more comfortable.

They slept soundly. Safely.

Lizzy woke up to find herself in the sofa alone, bundled in a blanket. She looked around to remind herself that she was living in Longbottom's Mansion now. And found Joel busily working by a desk, working early in the morning.

The father clock showed it was seven past five.

'You're super busy, huh? Mr Lisbon,' Lizzy greeted in a yawn.

Joel was surprised that she was awake. He looked over to her and smiled brightly. He couldn't lie how much he enjoyed that she was near him now.

Lizzy lounged around for a moment before people started coming in. She folded the blanket and placed it on the end of the sofa. She went to check on Joel's work, to see lot of reports on Muggleborns. 'Hey, yesterday, Carl told me about a soap that loses your scent. Likemmm when I hugged you, in the Humbert's. You didn't have any smell at all... Is it the soap, actually?'

Joel paused by her topic. He thought for a moment. Then continued his work. He said, 'I believe it's the soap... It's a bit odd when I use it. People in there were glad when I finally use one. They say my smell stinks.'
