Chan had just busted into his apartment with a stupid smile plastered on his face, probably about to ask a question Minho wouldn't want to answer.

It was officially two days after Jisung had gotten mad at him, and though he tried to hide it, his mood had gone plummeting down to the depths of hell. He stayed up late at night, unable to think, re-read diary entry upon diary entry, and he didn't even ever feel like eating.

He had stopped crying as much however, and more or less he just felt.. weak? He was always exhausted, and he had little energy to keep going, often times just wanting to stay in bed all day and sleep.

He was neglecting to think about the day that he had to go back to school and see Jisung and Jeong-Hoon, not loving the idea of Jisung ghosting him again.

"Minho!" He called out from the front entrance, successfully grabbing the youngers attention. Minho was sitting in the living room in his pajamas eating a bowl of cereal at 2:31pm in the afternoon.

Chris stared at him for a moment with an unreadable expression, "You, your-" he stuttered out, "Minho it's 2:30!"

"Yeah, yeah, I'm aware of that. Get to the point, there's a reason you must be here." He sighed, hudling into a ball on the couch farther, with his food in his hands.

"Ah, right. How did Jisung react to the present?" He asked, "Had he read it."

Minho started frowning, recalling the events of a few days ago. He shook his head slowly, "He didn't like it."

Chan stopped smiling, "Oh?"

"Mhm. He thought I was trying to use it to either, get in his pants, or because he thought that I thought it would be funny to get his hopes up and crush them..." Minho paused, "I.. don't know how I should react to it."

"He thought that the book was like a big joke?" Chris asked, taking a seat on the couch as well, "Did he say that to you?"

The younger nodded, "In fact, he yelled them to me. Right there in your kitchen... he was mad at me."

"You do realize he has a right to be mad though?" He asked.

"Obviously." Minho rolled his eyes, "But it still hurts. Do you think how I feel is how Jisung felt when I was mean to him all those times?"

Chris shrugged, "Maybe, maybe not. I'm not the right person to tell you." He reached over and ruffled Minho's hair with an adoring look in his eyes.

There was a silence as Minho took another bite of his food, keeping his head down the entire time.

He really had no right to feel upset that Jisung got mad. All the younger was doing was protecting himself. He thought he had to.

Minho had to admit... it was something that he probably might have done. He expected no more than such a shitty thing, from even himself.

"Why are you so nice to me?" Minho asked quietly.

"What do you mean?" Chan laughed, "You're my brother and I love you."

Minho shook his head, "Just because your my brother doesn't mean you can excuse the things I've done and pretend I'm a good person."

"I've never made an excuse for any of the stuff you do Minho. The things that you've done, especially to Jisung, are absolutely horrible dickhead moves, and you deserve to get yelled at by him, but that doesn't change the fact that I know who you really are. I don't have to pretend you're a good person, I know you are. I know how much you regret it, and I want to see you grow. Some people just need a little support." He shrugged.

Chris was shocked when he saw tears start to well in his younger brothers eyes, splitting onto his cheeks in no time. He set the bowl down on the counter from Minho's grasp, pulling the younger into a hug.

The crying quickly got faster and heavier, and in no time the boy was full on sobbing in his arms, probably getting his shirt wet with tears.

Chan ran his fingers through Minho's hair, knowing that it calmed him down. He leaned into the back of the couch, swaying lightly.

The teenager choked out a sob, gripping his nails into Chans back tightly, "I'm sorry.. I'm really sorry.." he cried, over and over.

Chris felt terrible for his brother, but he also knew that the only reason this was happening in the first place, was because of one of Minho's bad decisions.

This was his own fault...

Minho sniffled and burried his head into Chris' neck, not wanting to let go.

For so long he had felt very alone, and now he was actually letting Chan be an active part of his life and he loved it.

He used to always feel like he had no one around him to love or feel loved by, but turns out he was just blind to them.

He liked being held.

Chan squeezed slightly in the hug, Minho holding on a little tighter. He didn't want Chan to leave. He wanted him to stay and cuddle with him forever.

"I'm sorry... I have to go." Chan whispered, "I stopped by on my way to the office, I'm probably already late."

Minho bit his lip, getting off of his brother, "Sorry."

"No, don't be. I enjoy cuddling with you Minho." He brushed some hair back lovingly, "Should I drop by later when I'm off work?"

Minho nodded quickly, not speaking.

"Okay. Then a will." Chan smiled, "You know I'd never leave you for too long."
