Over the past month, Felix's crush on his fellow friend Chan, had grown much bigger. A lot bigger, in fact.

He had been trying to avoid the elder because he didn't want to do anything stupid to out himself, and on top of that he needed to be supportive towards Jisung more than ever.

Now however, once Hyunjin had invited him over to hang out with them as a group, he figured it would be fine. They were going to be in a big group so hopefully they wouldn't have to be alone together.

Felix wanted Jisung to come, but he said something about 'going to simp over Minho for the day', so he wasn't going to be there. And neither was Minho.

When Jisung was in the hospital Felix had forced all of the information out of him that he had previously withheld, and that was much better. Now Felix was successfully being let in on every new development.

He was at first sad that Jisung hadn't told him, but he eventually let it go pretty soon. He had been told that Jisung didn't tell him simply out of worry that Felix would be sad again.

That was such a wholesome reason, so how could Felix be mad at that?

Now, he was being let into Chan's house so that he could spend the day. Because Minho and Jisung were off spending as much time together as possible, it was only going to be the six of them.

Felix, Chan, Changbin, Hyunjin, Seungmin and Jeongin.

"I'm so glad you came," Seungmin pulled him into the house quickly, speaking in a hushed voice, "They're going insane! Changbin and Hyunjin are taking straight shots of vodka!" He whispered yelled.

Felix put on a concerned face, "What Right now? As we speak? Isn't Chan getting mad?" He flung his shoes off quickly.

"No, he's in the bathroom!" He cried, "You don't understand, Felix, Chan left me in charge, and now two underage boys are drinking his alcohol!"

The two of them ran off to go check on the rest of the group who was in the living room. Changbin was pouring a bottle of something while Jeongin just sat there with a concerned face.

"Ew!" Hyunjin yelled, sipping the drink, "This is even worse than I expected!" He spat it out quickly, sliding it over to Changbin.

"Well I don't want it, you just spat in here!" He scoffed.

"Oh, oh!" Jeongin got an idea, "Pour it back into the bottle, spit and all." He grinned mischievously, "Channie hyung won't even know what hit him."

"I wont know what hit me— Changbin put that fucking bottle away!" He yelled, eyes fixating on the two children giggling in the corner.

Felix smiled as he saw Chan fighting with the other two, as if they were his disrespectful children. Suppose they are though. Chan had always acted like a father to them.

If Felix ever hooked up with him he'd definitely call the latter daddy if he was going to be honest.

I mean, just think about it. If the shoe fits.

As soon as the elder was done struggling with his problem child he took a deep sigh and turned to smile a Felix, "Hey, Lixie."

If Felix could melt he definitely would have, "Hi Chan. It's good to see you."

He nodded, "I agree – Hyunjin put that fucking knife down!" He yelled snatching something away from the gremlin.

"You really have your hands full huh?" Felix asked, taking a seat next to the other two boys already sitting on the couch.

Chan simply nodded, placing the weapon he had just stolen from Changbin on a shelf 6ft high, so there was no possible way that Chagbin could reach it. What was he, 5'3?

Soon enough Changbin settled his ass down, and they got to joking and laughing just as usual. It was slightly empty with out Minho and Jisung there, but they all knew that the two of them were probably off having a better time anyway.

Felix cracked a few jokes, mainly for the purpose of seeing his crush smile at them, and also smiled whenever Chan smiled. How could he not? His dimples were so contagious.

Is was a wonder how anyone could ever dislike him.

After a while of talking non stop and laughing his non-existant ass off, he started to feel thirsty; thirsty for water... though he was also slightly thirsty for Chris' dick—

ANYWAY, he got up from the couch and excused himself to go get a drink, as he was already familiar with the layout of the house. When he got to the kitchen, he made it a quick trip.

Grab a glass, get the water, pour the water, put the water back, drink the water, put the glass in the sink, run straight into Bangchan on your way out.

Wait. Run into Bangchan?

As Felix turned to leave, he was pleasantly surprised to see Chan standing on the other side of the counter looking at him. Felix smiled, but it soon faded when he realized Chan wasn't smiling too.

"Chan..?" He asked, slightly worried. Chris didn't look happy, anymore. He couldn't tell how the elder felt, as his facial expression was completely unreadable.

Chan sighed, "Felix, we have to talk.."

"Huh..?"

There was a pause, "Why are you avoiding me? You ignored some of my texts, didn't pick up my calls, and the only reason you've come over is because Hyunjin invited you. Did I do something wrong?"

Felix immediately shook his head, "No, no, not at all. I've uhm, I've just been busy is all. It has nothing to do with you, really."

"Really?" He asked, not quite convinced.

"Yeah, really," He smiled awkwardly, "It's totally fine. We should really get back to the group." Felix had no intentions of being isolated with Chan, so he needed to get back quickly.

Chan sighed as Felix started to walk past him, and just as the younger was going to leave said, "So it has nothing to do with your crush on me?"

Felix pressed harshly on the brakes, not daring to move a muscle. What was that he had just said? He turned slightly, "M-my what?"

Chan gave a knowing look, "I'm not stupid Felix. You're terrible at hiding things, so just be honest with me. And I don't mean to sound conceited.."

Felix swallowed hard, "I don't.. know what you mean by that."

"Don't make this hard for me, please just tell the truth. Do you, or do you not have a crush on me?" When Felix said nothing Chan spoke again, "If it makes answering any easier, I have a thing for you as well."

Felix's eyes widened, "Y-you do? Since when?"

"Since like, we first met. You're awesome Felix, but if you don't like me back that's okay. Don't feel pressured or anything, but I seriously thought that you.." he trailed off, biting his bottom lip.

"No, no I do. I like you a lot and I'm so sorry I was ignoring you." He took a step closer, putting his hand on Chans forearm, "I didn't think you liked me – I, I'm so sorry.."

The two of them looked at one another closely, not saying anything. Was this really about to happen? Felix leaned in a little bit more, about to close his eyes.

He was about to make contact with the elder when he felt a soft hand on his cheek, pushing him back gently. He looked up, wide eyed, at Chan who had a guilty expression on his face.

"Felix you know we can't.." he whispered softly.

Felix quickly pulled back, making about two feet of distance between them, "Youre right. I'm sorry, I shouldn't have tried to kiss you." He muttered, humiliated, "I uhm, I need to go."

Chan couldn't help but feel guilty as Felix rushed out the door. He shouldn't have led him on like that in the first place. He knew something like this would eventually happen.

He heard as he ushered some muffled goodbyes to everyone else, grabbing his things and closing the front door. He didn't want to go back out there..

He would have to explain.
