After going to see Minho, Mr. Lee had the delight of seeing this whole situation in a new way.

Before hand he thought that Minho was taking all of this pretty well, but it came to his attention that the boy had actually been suffering – and badly.

Donghae thought that his son was doing perfectly fine, that this was simply something that he was doing. It turns out he was going through so much more and he couldn't help but feel at least a little bit bad for the boy.

He had done so much to try and make sure that Jisung would be safe and the two of them could live happily ever after, but they broke up instead.

He knew he needed to do something to help him and he had the perfect idea. Why not talk to Mr. Han about it?

He wouldn't force him to love Minho, but just let him in on how the two teenagers had been taking this whole thing. It did seem kind of dramatic to make Jisung choose like that.

So on Monday he arranged a small meeting with his beloved employee Mr. Han, and he prepared what he was going to say.

When he heard a knock on his door he already knew who it was. "Please enter." He called out for whoever to hear.

The door opened quickly. Mr. Han didn't work very closed with Donghae, so this whole personal dilemma hadn't effected their working environment.

Yet.

"Mr. Lee." The man bowed deeply, "What have you called me into your office for today?"

"Please take a seat. I was just about to get to that." He instructed, and his employee didn't waste any time to get himself sitting down in the chair across the desk.

"Listen," there was a kind of pause, "This isn't work related. I'd appreciate it if you could take a moment to talk about our children."

"Ah." Mr. Han responded immediately, "I have a feeling I know what this is about."

Donghae smiled tightly, "It's no big secret is it." It wasn't phrased as a question, "I've been informed by Minho of your decision to take action against the two boys seeing eachother?"

Mr. Han nodded.

"I respect your boundaries as a parent, but having a child directly effected by this, there were a few things I thought I might mention." He spoke carefully with his words. It was out of his place to talk to one of his employees like this in a work environment.

"Go on."

"Listen, I think our children are taking all of this pretty terribly. I understand why you don't like Minho but I promise you he's only got the best intentions in mind." He traced his finger on his desk, "Minho hasn't gotten out of bed since they had to break up – and I don't say this to make you feel bad, it just that with the nature and strength of their relationship I can't imagine Jisung is doing much better."

Mr. Han didn't respond for a moment, thinking, "No, he's been doing terrible but I simply think its worth it. With all that Minho did, in the end this is probably best for my child. If that means he needs to go through this depressing phase of his life so be it."

"I completely get why you don't want Minho around, but for the sake of the happiness of your own child why don't you just give them a chance to be teenagers?" He clasped his hands together, "Was Jisung happier before or after they broke up?"

The other man took a deep breath, "Before, but thats only because for the last 7 months my child's been basically brain washed into thinking this type of thing was okay."

"Obviously some of the things that Minho did were atrocious, but I guarantee to you that kid has changed. If Minho has really changed, would you let him date you son?"

"If Minho changed, sure, but I doubt he has. That kid, no offense to the people that raised him, is a horrible person."

"The same horrible person that got your kid out of this situation in the first place. If it weren't for him Jisung would probably be at school forced to trail Jeong-Hoon's side—"

"While Minho watched and did nothing." Mr. Han cut him off, "I respect you as my superior Mr. Lee, but you have no business telling me how to raise my child. If somebody hadn't raised that kid to care about himself and only himself, maybe the two of them would be happy right now. That's not what happened though, is it."

As neither of them said anything more the tension in the room grew even more dense. To the point you could barely breath.

"Watch how you talk about my son." Mr. Lee finally said, "I'm not telling you he's perfect, all I'm saying is that how you've chosen to take action has done nothing but harm. Both of those boys are suffering without eachother and neither of them, especially Jisung, deserves that."

"And all I'm saying is that Jisung's pain is temporary. The sooner he gets over Minho, the sooner he can be a normal kid. I guarantee once all of this is over with his anxiety and depression with disappear—along with Minho."

The two sat in silence before Mr. Lee waved his hand off, "Go back to work. If you don't care about the happiness of your own child that's not my problem."

Mr. Han opened his mouth to speak but closed it again. He got up and left the room without saying another work.

He couldn't possibly be right.. could he?
