When Minho's father invited him back into his office about a week after their last visit, Minho was still anxious, but not nearly as much. All of the big stuff had been dealt with, and now all that needed to be done was to find out about Jeong-Hoon. Right? Right.

He knew that eventually, if this plan didn't fall through, that he would have to tell Jisung what he had arranged. He couldn't help but wonder what Jisung would react like.

Would he be mad that Minho put himself at risk? Happy that Jeong-Hoon could be locked up? Distressed that he would have to testify in court?

What if the boy, for whatever reason, decided to reject the idea and Minho could no longer go through with the plan? How would he explain that to his father?

Or even worse, what if Jeong-Hoon had caught on the what Minho had been doing, and did something bad? No, that was impossible. His father would never let that happen.

All of this was a very big concern either way, and he didn't have time to wonder about it anymore, as he was standing in the doorway to his father's office.

"Good morning father." Minho bowed down with his hands clasped in front of him, waiting for the man to respond.

"Good morning, Minho. We have a few things to discuss today so feel free to take a seat." He motioned to the empty chair across the desk from him.

Minho nodded and followed the directions quickly. When he was with his father it always felt like he was walking on eggshells. He could mess up anything at any moment.

"Well, let me cut to the chase," he sighed, "If you are insistent upon the idea, we have more than enough evidence to take Jeong-Hoon to court on multiple charges."

"If we did, is it possible that I could get in just as much trouble as him?" Minho couldn't help but ask. He deserved to know the risks right?

"Well no, not really. It would be very easy for you to argue that you only did those things out of fear that Jeong-Hoon would hurt you in some way." He shrugged, "All of this works in your favor, but I have one concern."

"Hm?" Hearing this made Minho worry, as his father didn't seem to be joking, and any wrong move in this plan could go terribly wrong.

"What about that boy, Jisung. It's come to my attention that he has no knowledge of this plan, but for this to pull through we need him to give a statement in court. Do you have any plans to inform him?"

Minho nodded quickly, "Of course, I just die want to until I knew that this could actually happen. I'll be sure to tell him very soon." This wasn't a lie, as soon as Minho had the chance he would have to tell Jisung.

"Hm. Well tomorrow morning I have an arrangement to speak with his father about these legal issues and his sons involvement. I should also tell him about your romantic relationship with his son." He slip a peice of paper across the desk, "You should probably tell Jisung about all of this before his father gets to him first."

"Are you sure you should be the one to tell him about our relationship? Won't he be upset to hear all of this from you, rather than from his own child?" Minho asked, seeming kind of desperate.

"I have certain obligations as the legal link in this equation, and I should provide be the one to explain this- especially considering I'm his boss. Any more questions?"

Minho shook his head, even though he did have plenty more questions.

"Good, because I have a few things to say to you. Is there a reason your older brother made no effort to inform me of your mortifying behavior over the past two years?"

Minho looked up, not sure how to respond, "I, uhm, I assume he was trying to protect me..?"

The man sighed heavily, "You're no help. I'll have to talk with him privately, on the other hand though, Im impressed by the lengths you've taken to get your grades up."

Minho nodded, "Thank you, father."

"Mm, I always knew you were a very smart boy, you just chose not to embrace it. You have a very high intelligence Minho and I made me proud to see you finally put it to use, and in such a short span of time as well. A few of your teachers have even reached out to me about your progress."

"Thank you, father." Minho said again, this was all he could really think to respond. He never really got compliments from his dad..

"All you needed was the right motivation. This however; gives me quite the glance at just how much you care for this Jisung boy. You must really like him."

"Yes, father. I'm trying my best to prove it.." he whispered.

"Mm. Run along then Minho, you must tell him all of this. Keeping secrets is bad for any relationship."

Minho nodded quickly and stood up to leave right away. He knew that he probably should have told Jisung about this sooner, but that would have been much to risky. It was now or never.

He had to be the one to break the knews, or Jisung would hear it from his dad, and that probably wasn't ideal.

It was a race against his own father in a way.
