To say that Minho was distressed would be an understatement. He was freaking out trying to think up a way to fix this whole mess.

Sure, he was glad that Jisung would participate in the legal issues, but now he was wondering if it was worth it to lose him. He knew that taking Jeong-Hoon to court was for the better, but he knew even more that there was no way he could lose Jisung.

Sure, maybe it's true that they would never have dated anyway, but that doesn't change the fact that Minho was still in love with the boy. What was he supposed to do?

He wasn't allowed to talk to Jisung's father either, as Jisung had instructed. The younger had said that it would only make things much worse.

So, upon hearing this and then being blocked by Jisung, he had to find another way to reach him – good thing he knew where the younger lived.

He figured he would go over and knock on the door, praying that his father was at work at 4pm on a Tuesday. If he wasn't able to talk to Jisung now though, he could always speak with him when the younger came back to school next Monday.

It was important that he didn't waste more time than they still had. Soon enough they would have to start preparing to go to court, and Minho and Jisung would be busy in all their free time.

His father wanted to get this whole thing over with as soon possible, so he could move on.

Now, Minho was panicking slightly as he walked up to Jisung's front door. He was relieved to see there was no cars on front of the house, which might mean his father was away.

After ringing the doorbell, it wasn't long before he heard light footsteps nearing him from inside. He held his breath as the thatch clicked and the handle turned, praying to god it was Jisung.

When Jisung had fully opened the door, he was taken aback to see no other than Minho. His mouth fell open, not sure how to great him..

"Is your dad home right now?" Minho urged, taking a step closer. When Jisung slowly shook his head, Minho let out a sigh of relief, finally knowing it was safe.

The elder flung himself towards the other, latching onto his I'm a tight hug, "Jisung, you can't leave me... please.." was all he could whisper. He didn't want to cry, he didn't want to show he was weak, but he felt like he was on the verge of tears.

"Minho? What are you—" Jisung hesitated to hug the elder back, but eventually wrapped his arms around him gently, "You know you shouldn't be here.." he finally said.

Minho closed his eyes tightly, "I know, but I couldn't help it, you blocked me and there was no other way for me to reach you. I couldn't let you end it like that.."

Jisung pulled away lightly, and Minho suddenly felt bare, the cold air hitting his body again. Jisung wordlessly ushered the both of them into the house, closing the door behind the both of them.

"I'm sorry I blocked you.. my dad made me. He really doesn't want us to be in contact more than we have to be." He mumbled.

As Minho slipped his shoes off, it was then that he noticed what Jisung was wearing; the sweatshirt he had left him the other day, "You're wearing the sweater.." he pointed out, kind of smiling to himself.

Jisung's cheeks flushed slightly, just now realizing it as well, "Oh yeah, I.. I like it I guess." He said, barely audible.

Minho smiled, but it soon fell as he remembered why he was here in the first place, "So.. after we finish going to court.. do we really never see eachother again?" He asked solemnly.

Jisung nodded, "As long as my dad can help it.." he played with the hem of Minho's shirt, not wanting to look him in the eye, "Unless we hide it.."

"Can we?" Minho asked, "It all depends on whether we could actually have a relationship. If we can it might be worth it, but if we can't..  we should probably just stop now.."

"I want to date you, Minho, I really, really do.. but it's like I said; I'm scared." He added.

The elder nodded, "But things will be different – I'll be different, and Jeong-Hoon will be gone.."

Jisung didn't respond, simply resting his nose in the nape of Minho's neck, breathing his sent. If they never saw eachother again in this way, he mine as well take it in.

"We should try." He finally responded, "We should at least try. What's it worth for us to go through all of this pain and fear for a nearly half of this year, only for us to give up. Right?"

Minho thought for a moment, "Okay.. I guess we'll just have to hide. But you said you were changing schools..?" He asked, remembering what he had said over text yesterday.

"Mhm.." he mumbled, "Thats okay though... right?" He asked, "It will just mean we don't see eachoher at school. We can still be together afterwards." His voice was slightly muffled, still shoving his face into the elders shoulder.

"Yeah. I guess you're right. We wouldn't be able to show affection at school either way.. it would be too risky.." he told himself this, even though he wanted to cry.

They'd basically never get to be together..

Jisung sniffled, "How are we going to pull this off.." he wondered, more to himself that anyone.

"I don't know.." Minho patted his hair, "All I know is it will be worth it.."
