Though Minho had no intention of sharing his plans, the elder still found it necessary to go back to visit Jisung. He had mentioned how he was lonely during the day, and Minho was admittedly very sad about that.

Jisung didn't deserve to be lonely, he should have people surrounding him at all times, people he loves and trusts. Now, Minho was not on that list of people, but he still felt that he might make good company.

They had had very pleasant conversations before, so why not do it again? Right? Anyway, that's kind of how he ended up here, in the hospital.

He had gone right from school to meet Jisung, and maybe even tell the boy how he was doing so well in school now. He had only been doing it for a couple of days, so no real progress had been made yet, but all of his assignments had been much higher marks.

Minho made his way through the hallways seeing a couple nurses and patients rushing around or going for walks. Jisung had been placed in the youth sector, which meant everyone from 14 to about 18, and there were also a few young children on this floor.

Minho wondered if Jisung had made friends with any other patients. He figured probably not.

He knocked on the door only to recieve no answer, so he knocked again thinking maybe the younger hadn't heard. Minho double checked the door, making sure he was at the right one, before knocking one last time.

When he still got no results he decided maybe to just have a peek inside anyways. He squeezed the door open just enough to look in, and couldn't help but smile.

Jisung was already in bed, sleeping soundly. Minho took a step in and closed the door carefully, before making his way to the bedside. He looked over the boy and an unknown feeling started bubbling in his chest.

Jisung was just so... cute.

Minho sat down on the chair that seemed to always be placed there and stared at the sleeping boy in front of him.

"Hey Sungie.." Minho whispered, not intending to wake the boy up, "How are you? I'm doing better. I think you would be proud of me." He took a moment to pause, "I'm working really hard in school, for you actually. I really hope my plan works Jisung, or this will all be for nothing."

Minho jumped in surprise when a nurse suddenly walked into the room. She smiled at him and made her way to Jisung.

"Hello dear, I don't think I've ever seen you visiting Jisung here. What's you're name?" She asked, still smiling.

"Oh, uh, Minho. Lee Minho."

. . .

Jisung was fast asleep in bed when he felt soft hands tap him on the shoulders. For a moment it took him a while to stir from his sleep, but soon woke up.

He squinted his eyes in the dim light of the room to try and look up at who it was, secretly hoping that it was either his father, one of his friends, or Minho had come back, but it wasn't any of those people.

A nurse was laying a tray of food down for him, and upon seeing this, Jisung was immediately awake and happy.

Did he like the hospital food? No, not really, but with every meal he had been promised a juice box and Animal Crackers.

When he had first arrived at the hospital he refused to eat any of the food, feeling to lonely, betrayed and in pain to stomach food, but the nurses soon fixed that issue. They offered him juice boxes and crackers for when he finished his food.

This was a method that they used on young children to make them eat, but Jisung being a seventeen year old wasn't ashamed of it at all. He loved juice boxes.

When Chan had heard of this the elder had laughed at him and called him cute, but Jisung didn't see how it could be considered cute. Was it not normal to eat your dinner for a reward of Animal Crackers?

"Wakey, wakey Jisung." The nurse said softly, "How was your sleep? You haven't woken up a single time since 3pm. Not even when your friend visited."

Jisung kinked his eyebrows together upon hearing this, shifting to sit upright in his bed, "My friend?" He croaked in a sleepy voice.

"Yes. He said his name was.." she looked up, thinking for a moment, "Lee Minho."

Jising was slightly surprised by this, "H-he came here? Into the room? And I wasn't awake?"

She looked kind of concerned now, "Is that a problem, dear? Was he not supposed to?"

"Oh, no, no. I'm fine that he came, quite surprised, but I enjoy hearing that.. it's just..." he paused, "Complications I suppose. I wish I were awake to speak with him."

She nodded, "Maybe the next time he visits?" She suggested, "I'm sure you can request him to come again, he seems like a wonderful young man. Are the two of you friends?"

"Uhmm.. I don't know if I'd call it that. We have a very... unique relationship. It might take a while to explain." He smiled softly.

She nodded, "Of course." Pushing the tray over for Jisung she said, "Make sure you eat up. I'll be back with your juice box and crackers in a little while."

Jisung nodded, "Thank you."
