Six days.

Six days until they go to the police and Jeong-Hoon gets arrested.

But that's just too long, how was anyone going to wait a whole week for an escape from Jeong-Hoon? Not to mention JinYoung, who hadn't been at school for the past three days.

Minho had no idea why, but he didn't really care. As long as he wasn't at school everything was just a little bit better, right? So why care why he was gone.

Minho had a clenching feeling sitting at the bottom of his stomach, like he couldn't fully relax ever since his lawyer informed him of the new updates in the case.

She had said they would take another week to finish up some details, and then they would set up a meeting with some detectives to state their case.

This meant a few major things:

A) Jisung would have no choice but to acknowledge Minho, unlike how he had been avoiding the elder.

B) This would be the first time they have to state their case in front of someone

C) Jeong-Hoon would probably get arrested, and JinYoung would at least be suspended for the time being

It was all a matter of how well they presented their case. His dad was confident they had done a good job and figured that as long as they didn't leave out how much of a threat Jeong-Hoon was, they should be safe.

Now on to his current endeavor.

Jisung had still been successfully ignoring him and he needed to change that. With Jeong-Hoon always seeming to be around when Jisung was, Minho had had barely any opportunity.

Now JinYoung was gone, and Jeong-Hoon had been roped into helping a teacher through lunch time, so Minho had a good 15 minutes to talk with Jisung.

As the lunch bell rang, Jeong-Hoon groaned and muttered something along the lines of, "See you later. I hate that fucking teacher." In reference to the one that was making him stay in.

That teacher was Mrs. Donson, and she was super nice. She was from America and completely oblivious to Jeong-Hoon's actual personality. She had asked him to stay in because she thought he'd like to help, and him needing to keep up his reputation was forced to oblige.

Minho snickered as he turned in the opposite direction as Jeong-Hoon. This was such a perfect opportunity, he just couldn't pass it up.

Minho spotted Jisung waiting in his usual spot for Jeong-Hoon to come and grab him, and decided to switch things up today.

He weaved through the hallway, snatching Jisung wrist, and pulling him about one door down into a random supply closet. Jisung momentarily struggled, but when he realized who it was, simply followed.

Minho shut the door before anyone really got a good look at them, just able to make out Jisungs facial features through the dark. "We don't have much time—"

"We can't be doing this. Jeong-Hoon will come looking for me and he'll find us. Both of us will get in so much trouble—" his voice came out rather rushed and distraught.

"No, listen, Jeong-Hoon is helping a teacher for at least 15 minutes, and I needed to talk to you." Minho covered Jisung's mouth with his hand, "Just tell me how you feel.."

"Mm?" He said through the elders hand.

Minho removed his hand quickly, "How do you feel about going to the police? Why are you ignoring me? Has Jeong-Hoon been hurting you?" He kept his hand wrapped firmly on the youngers hip.

Jisung let out a soft sigh, "Jeong-Hoon does as he normally would, I'm scared about going to the police.. and uhm.. I'm only ignoring everyone for a good reason."

Minho kinked his eyebrows together, "What 'good reason'? Jisung please just tell me, I'm going insane trying to think of why you won't talk to me.."

"My dad. Jeong-Hoon. Stress. Everything you could imagine is the reason. This close to going to the police if Jeong-Hoon were to find out we've been in such close contact we would he in serious trouble. My dad is getting even more strict on his not seeing you policy—and I never got to see you on Valentines day.." he trailed off.

"Valentines day..?"

"Yeah. I thought maybe we could at least acknowledge eachother, but when I tried to smile at you in the hall you didn't even look in my direction." There was a pout on his face that Minho could barely see through the little light.

He loosened his grip on the youngers waist, suddenly feeling guilty. "I'm sorry... I didn't even see you – we could have our own Valentines day. Re-celebrate it."

Jisung shook his head, "It's not worth the risk. Maybe next year, right?" It's probably my fault for ignoring you anyway. We both need to get going though."

"No," Minho shook his head, "Not just quite yet. I wanna know how you feel about going to the police, in detail."

Jisung kind of half smiled, but Minho didn't really see it, "I'm just scared mostly. As are probably you, right? We have to give a coherent statement, and at this rate I can barely tell someone my own name without stuttering."

"You never stutter around me." Minho pointed out, his hand roaming up to Jisungs upper arm.

"Thats because you make me feel comfortable. I have no reason to stutter around you." He smiled and this time Minho got a good look at it.

Minho made Jisung feel...

Comfortable?
