I walked the corridors of the train looking for an empty compartment along with Harry, Ron and Hermione. Fred and George had already joined their friends, just as Ginny did.

We passed by an opened compartment and heard the familiar voice of Draco Malfoy.

"...Father wanted me to go to Durmstrang but Mother was against it. She didn't like the idea of me going to school so far awa —"

Draco stopped mid-sentence at Pansy and Daphne's sudden loud shrieking.

"Y/N!"

The two girls excitedly rushed out of the compartment to pull me into a tight hug.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione waved at me as they went along the corridor to find a compartment for themselves, seeing as I was already with my Slytherin friends.

"Ow. Okay." I winced at being squeezed by Daphne and Pansy. "Nice to see you too, but will you please let me go now?"

The two of them gaped at me and exclaimed, "Your eyes!"

I saw Blaise and Theo were already poking their heads out of the door, staring at me. I gave them a small nod to acknowledge them.

"Let me get settled in first." I said then got inside, putting my luggage and Firebolt above the seats and settling Snowflake's cage down by the floor.

I sat between Pansy and Daphne as the rest of the group asked questions about my eyes, with the exception of Draco who was only quietly staring at me.

"When did they change?" Pansy asked. "Is that a Silvermade thing too? Thought you said it was just your hair."

"My eyes had actually been changing colors since last year, but they only became permanent about three weeks after the summer break started." I said.

"And yeah, Dad said it's a Silvermade thing again, although it's the first time for someone in our family to change eye colors. But he reckons I shouldn't worry too much since it didn't really affect anything else."

"And you're paler than last time we saw you! But it does complement your overall look." Daphne said.

"Although you do seem...unreal." Pansy said warily. "I'm trying to find a better word, but that's it for now."

"In a positive way of course!" Pansy quickly added.

I chuckled at how incredulous what she said was. "Thanks, if that's a compliment."

"Can't believe you look different every single year." Theo muttered. "And here we all are, looking like just how we did last year."

"Speak for yourself." Blaise sniggered at Theo.

I didn't really understand what Theo meant by them looking the same. If anything, they've all changed too.

Pansy's hair was a lot longer than last year's, and she seemed a bit...softer. Like her image changed into someone who's a lot more approachable. It was a big change, seeing as Pansy looked the most intimidating out of the three of us girls.

Daphne's hair too was longer, and her cheekbones looked more defined. She also seemed brighter, like there was a certain aura to her. There's something else that changed, but I couldn't quite pinpoint it.

Blaise was more chiseled and handsome, and I can see that he's developed a bit more muscle than last year.

Same goes for Theo, although there was still that mischievous glint in his expressions.

I've seen Draco during the World Cup, but I can't help but still stare at him. His hair was a little longer and he looked leaner. He still had that brooding look on his face, but it fitted him more this year.
