Ch 9 [Red Night]

Tatsumi's P.O.V

After sneaking out of the Elite Seven's base i went looking for the emperor's soldier's and guard's to see if they were really doing something they would normally be executed for.

Tatsumi:(Nothing so far, but i'm still checking this out. I know for a fact my previous target wasn't lying just from the look in his eye's, so there's something out here that's shouldn't be going on.)

????:"AHHHH!"

Tatsumi:"Huh!?"

I'd know that sound from anywhere, it was the obvious scream's of a young woman, and hell i could tell you everything about her from her scream's. She's between eighteen and twenty two, around five foot three inches, and one hundred and ten pound's. That's a little trick Shujinko taught me, so i guess i'm mildly greatful for that.

I ran at top speed toward's the origin of the scream. Once i got there however there were multiple guard's standing outside.

Guard:"If you don't have permission from the minister, you may not enter."

Tatsumi:"I don't have time for this!"

I quickly unsheathed Murasama from it's scabbard and began to cut through them and ran into the old arena where i heard the scream again.

????:"AHHHHHH!"

Guard:"Shut up bitch, or we'll jist have our fun then kill your dumb ass!"

Tatsumi:"Not on my watch fucker's!"

The single slash was enough to kill all three men inside the building, after there corpse's hit the ground however a bunch more came out.

Tatsumi:"This should be fun."

Man:"Look's like we got a revolutionary punk here. What do you think you'll achieve?"

Tatsumi:"I'm with the Elite Seven, asshole. Now if you want to survive i would suggest that each and every one of you start running and now."

Man:"Hell no! You're trying to hijack our toy!"

Tatsumi:"Then you all just sealed your fate's. For the good of the empire, you must die."

Man:"Get him boy's!"

The fight wasn't really that tough, they were all bark and no bite. They talked a big game but when i disarmed them they cowarded away but i just killed them regardless because unlike my first target they deserved it. After slaughtering them like the animal's they were i turned to the girl they kidnapped to see if she had been harmed.

Tatsumi:"Are you hurt ma'am?"

????:"N-No. Thank you for getting me out of that, i don't think i could have gotten out myself."

Tatsumi:"It's not a problem. I could escort you back to your resident's if you wish."

????:"Y-Yes please. M-My name is Sayo by the way."

By now i had gotten a good look at her face and saw how pretty she really was.

Sayo:"Just follow me. When we get to my place i can get you a drink."

Tatsumi:(No wonder those jackasses tried to take advantage of her. Pretty girl's don't always get a happy ending when sicko's and psychopath's are brought into the mix.)

It didn't take us long to arrive at her place, it was a small house that wasn't in the best of shape but it was doing a lot better then most of the house's around here. When we got inside she offered me a drink which i did accept, even if it was poisoned it wouldn't really effect me because i was trained to resist just about every known poison in the book. We ended up talking a bit about her old village and her family who're in poverty she needed the money desprately so she came to the capital in hope's of joining the imperial army or something in that line of work so she could help her village. That's a story i've heard to many time's because of this sorry ass minister, i have to keep ploting this so we can get rid of that assfaced fucker as soon as possible.

Sayo:"If you'd like you could spend the night here."

Tatsumi:"That's very thoughtful of you, but i have to return to the base before my team know's i'm gone."

Sayo:"I understand. Just don't forget me if you need a place to stay the night, you're always welcome in my home."

We said our goodbye's and i headed back to the base before anyone knew i was gone. Lucky for me.
