Frustrated and unfocused.

I was so frustrated and unfocused as hell when i looked at Brooke who seemed to be writing a whole damn short story of wishes. Jake wasn't worse, not that he would ever write more than necessary but at least he had something active and Thomas. Even Thomas was bent over the paper and writing, but he covered it with his hand so that no one could see what he was writing.

With a sigh, i tightened my grip on the pen. Not a word, i hadn't managed to write down a single word about what i wanted.

Use your imagination, the teacher had said. The imagination. The only things that ravaged my imagination were Thomas's lips, Thomas's hands, Thomas's body, Thomas-

"How is it going?" Thomas asked so i cleared my throat and shook my head slightly.

"What did you write?" he continued, leaning towards me but i quickly turned the block away.

"Secretly" i said, still playing with the pen.

"You haven't written a word, have you?" he muttered with a smirk on his lips, with a sigh shook my head again.

"What have you written then?" i asked reaching for his paper but he quickly grabbed it.

"Come on give it to me!"

"Secretly," he said teasingly, stuffing the paper into his pocket.

"What secret? Admit it, you haven't written anything either."

"I have, but you will hear that on monday," he said, winking flirtatiously.

"You are such a dork" i muttered but couldn't help but smile as i stared down at my blank notebook.

"Maybe, come on now, what do you wish for?"

"no fucking idea" i muttered in frustration and threw the notebook on the table.

"What are you guys arguing about?" Jake asked so i raised my eyebrows questioningly and gave him a sour look.

"No one is arguing, i don't know what to write. What have you written?" i said with a sigh, leaning my elbows on the table.

"I want a big sports car and become financially independent" Jake said proudly so i couldn't help but laugh, you could always dream.

"Is that all?" Thomas asked amused.

"What? If i have those things, plus some hot girls, then i can't really wish for anything more. It's pure dream life."

"But maybe you should write something a little more realistic" Brooke said dryly.

"Don't you think i can fix those things?" Jake asked, leaning back in his chair contentedly.

"Uh no? You are too lazy to succeed in becoming financially independent, besides, how are you going to afford sports cars and get loads of chicks if you don't want to work?" Brooke continued.

"With the right contacts, duhh."

"You don't have any contacts, stop dreaming" Thomas said with a laugh.

"What the hell was the task about then if it wasn't to write what you wished or dreamed about? I will easily get top marks, unlike you guys."

"I have written that i want a good job and buy a nice apartment or house. Then i want at least two children" Brooke said so i raised my eyebrows in surprise. Shit, there can we talk about planning for the future.

"Good luck Dylan" Thomas said ironically with a laugh.

"Eh, he will be able to fix kids, he knows how to do it" said Jake mockingly and i saw how Brooke's cheeks turned red.
