Be warned now, this one gets quite a bit crazy, and sets up a lot for the follow-up story. I can't believe we went from a light-hearted story of a vacationing Champion settling down with her friends and Pokemon to this.
Now, what to title the sequel...

When Luna woke up, she couldn't tell what time it was, and all the lights in the house were off. Dim light came through the living room windows, meaning it couldn't be five or six am when she used to wake up... in fact, it seemed to be early evening.
She yawned and stretched. How long have I been out? Where is everyone?
The events from the past day flooded her mind, and Luna looked around again.
"...Hello?" No response. Her body felt a bit better than it had before she fell asleep, but ached with a demand for more food and water. At least she was able to walk on her own. Lunalox was still asleep on the couch, but the house seemed almost abandoned, and the silent atmosphere wasn't helping. "...Weird."
She walked into the kitchen to start preparing something to eat, picking up some ripe fruit and berries on the counter and grabbing a bowl from the cabinet to mix them in. She had to stand on her tip-toes to reach, fingers finally closing around the rim of the smooth ceramic.
...Until she went to move it, and it slipped from her grasp. She let out a shocked cry and flinched, preparing for a heavy impact to hit her head or shatter on the floor, but it never came. Luna tentatively opened her eyes, just to see the bowl frozen in midair.
"Uh... What?"
Faintly, she heard the odd silence interrupted by hushed voices outside. She snatched the bowl out of the air and put it on the counter, set the ingredients for her meal down- she popped an Oran berry into her mouth to keep her stomach from hurting like crazy- and marching to the front door.
"What in the world is going on ou-"
Luna paused mid-sentence when she noticed half a dozen massive creatures bickering in the yard, all of whom froze in a similar manners, their heads slowly swiveling toward her.
"...Should I even ask?" Luna wondered if she had actually died, and this was the afterlife. Otherwise, why else would six legendary Pokemon be standing outside her house in what was possibly stopped time!? She recognized them all from the local legends of all the regions she had visited, but was still shell-shocked to see them right in front of her.
"...Well, this is awkward. Who's going to tell her?" The tall, metallic form of Dialga asked after another few moments of silence.
"Not it," Palkia instantly replied with a lash of a massive white and magenta tail.
"Same goes for us," Yveltal said, adjusting the red and black feathers of a massive wing to gesture to itself and Xerneas. "Our job is done."
