It turned out the answer was yes, Aurora had called Luna's agents, and she would be attending an impromptu press conference that would be broadcasted live in the morning. Time flew until it was the morning of, and she had to get up at four am.

"Are you nervous to be going back after all this time?" Cloudy asked her sister, helping her get ready in her room. Moon and some of their Pokemon were also there, seeing Luna sit motionlessly while having makeup applied to her and her hair was messed with until the brown locks were pristinely styled.

Luna shrugged. "A little. I just hope that people take the news better than Moon did, at first."

The other brunette rolled her eyes. "That was before we had an explanation. I thought you were some fraud."

"I know, I know. And I've done this kind of thing before, even going up for a live interview to break news... but it's never been about my own death and its reversal."

Cloudy adjusted the tilt of her sister's head as she blended in bronzer and blush. "Last time, you practically told the whole world in person that you were stepping down as Champion to go to school with some teenagers on an island vacation, and that you turned into a Pokemon. This can't be any worse than that, and it won't even have a gazillion spectators right there watching you. And, in fact, it's good news you're telling them this time."

"But what if they doubt what I say? What if they think I'm a stunt double? Or flock to Alola and start bugging the Island Guardians to bring other people back to life? I'm thankful that I got to come back, but not everyone will see it as fair," Luna fretted.

"Relax, Lunes. At the end of the day, who cares what they say or think? This is one big errand we're running so that we can have normal lives again, this time as one big, happy family," Moon reminded her. "You'll have all of us there with you for support. There's nothing to worry about."

Sighing a long sigh, Luna nodded. "I guess you're right."

The first thing that happened when Luna arrived at the studio, still an hour before sunrise so no one would see her, was her being wrapped in an embrace by her agents.

"Luna! It's really you! When we heard the news, we couldn't believe it... You're really back!" Sina exclaimed, wiping a tear from her eyes behind her sunglasses.

Dexio fixed the chunk of her hair that had been moved out of place and gently caressed her face. "We're so glad to see you, Luna. It was devastating to lose you, if only temporarily. Are you ready to tell the world what went down? I don't think anyone would be able to tell it better than you."

She nodded. "As ready as I can be. That whole ordeal... it blurs together, but I can still remember a lot clearly. Since I was there at the Rocket base before anyone else, I should be able to tell the full story of it leading to my death, along with how I came back."

"The leading members of the Luna Project said they'd tune into what we, as your agents, had to say so urgently, and I'm sure they'll want to meet you the moment they find out the truth. We'll be happy to arrange all the meetings and details for you," Sina offered.

"That would be great. Thanks a million, Si." Luna set her bag down, the members of her team who had come with her- namely, Lunalox and the Eeveelutions- groggily taking seats on the chairs. "My sisters helped me get ready, so we shouldn't have to wait too long. They along with my moms said they'd be here at sunrise to start."

Dexio glanced at his watch. "Shouldn't be too long from now, then. I'll go tell the camera crew to start preparations."

"You're the best, Dex," she said with a wink. "Do I have a script to stick to or anything?"

"Nope, but we have a list of questions that we're gonna ask your family and then you. Wanna look over it and mentally prepare your answers while you wait?" Sina offered, producing a sheet of paper with neatly-printed lines of text across it and handing it over to her.

"Perfect- yeah, that'd be great." She scanned each bullet point, having predicted most of them. It also went in a logical order, starting with reintroducing Aurora and Evangeline and diving into why the meeting was called, just for Luna to make her grand reveal.

She'd have a few ways to prove she was the real thing and then dive into everything that had happened- the poachers, being kidnapped by Team Rocket, tied up in a room with the Hydreigon trio, trying to escape when her Pokemon tried to break her out just to be recaptured by Moon, being relocated to the room and stuck to the torture machine, everything that happened during the phases of the raid, her and Lunalox's final stand against Giovanni, the light that changed everything...

...And then, what it felt like waking up in a coffin beneath a grave with her own name on it... being found by Moon and brought home... realizing she had died in the aftermath of the raid while everyone else was recovering from their injuries... and finally being visited by the Island Guardians, who told her that they were able to revive her with a special method.

Should be a piece of cake... I just hope that they believe me.
