Time to get back to the anime plot, huh? A lot of Luna's life has caught up to her, and she's been busy, but she's still a student after all! So, back to school we go!

The next day flew by, Luna bemusedly watching as Ash and the rest of her classmates- transfixed with a sleuth star from their favorite TV show- try to solve the mystery of his missing Electrium Z whilst evading Kiawe's unavoidable rage at the black-haired boy for loosing said crystal. Had it not been for Cloudy and her Chesnaught, Spike, holding him back with Vine Whip, he likely would have obliterated the two girls' half brother, though it turned out the Z-Crystal was just in his pocket the whole time!

As if nothing had ever interrupted her now-normal life, things went back to just that- normal. The class had been invited to Mallow's family restaurant, taking up the largest table while they waited.

Luna was between Lillie and Ash, while Cloudy was next to Kiawe, talking excitedly to Sophocles. Their brother was practically drooling, content smile on his face, Pikachu sitting on the table in front of him. "Man, I can't wait! Wonder what we're going to get..."

Mallow walked over in a pink apron, signature magenta blossom holding all but her green bangs out of her face. "Hi guys! Thanks for coming and sampling something from our brand new menu!"

"So, is it ready yet?" Kiawe asked, seemingly much more excited about it than he let on.

The green-haired girl chuckled, pointing at him. "Now calm down. It'll be ready in no time! Just relax!" She made her escape back to the kitchen as Sophocles' stomach grumbled.

He put his hands over it with a frown. "I even skipped lunch today to be part of this. I'm so hungry!" He pouted, much to everyone else's amusement.

Luna, who had Midnight and Lunalox on her lap, turned as they heard huffs coming from the kitchen. "{Must... bring...}" Bounsweet popped up with a glass of water on its head, letting Ash pick it up .

"Hey, thanks Bounsweet!"

"Helping out at work, huh? What a sweet Pokemon!" Lillie added.

The small Grass-Type blushed. "{Oh, it's nothing. Thank you for coming!}" It began to let out a sweet scent, waking up the grounded Rowlet- both Popplio and Rockruff seemed entirely unaffected aside from seeming to like it- who came over to express its love. Fate had other plans, though, and Bounsweet- hovering in the air while using its leaves like helicopter propellers- knocked Rowlet away, who hit the hardwood roughly. "{Serves you right!}" Bounsweet gave an innocent smile before landing on the table and bouncing back toward the kitchen.

"Bounsweet's working, so you should stay out of the way," Ash told his Pokemon sheepishly.

"Uh, Ash?" Luna looked to see Rowlet was already dozing again. "I think you're a little too late... Rowlet's fast asleep again!"

Sophocles, guided by his nose, grinned. "Woah... that smells so good."

"Guess that Sweet Scent affected Sophocles," Lana commented. Luna looked down to see Midnight with her eyes shut blissfully, trying to inhale that last traces of the move. When her blue-haired friend noticed this, she added, "And Midnight, too."

"At least Lunalox seems normal," Luna mused, reached down to scratch behind the young Pokemon's ears.

"No way!" Sophocles and Midnight shot back, waving their heads and arms/paws furiously. "I wasn't talking about Bounsweet!"

"{Yeah, it's coming from the kitchen!}" The shiny Umbreon added defensively.

"That's from the kitchen," Kiawe murmured, much to Midnight's displeasure.

"{HEY! I JUST SAID THAT!}" She yowled, leaping onto the table, and with one swift bound, launching herself at him. However, instead of knocking him over, she was stopped in her tracks.

Luna threw her arms into the air as the other Pokemon smelled for the food and their friends watched on, amused. "Middy! You can't just tackle my friends! He can't hear you, ya know!"

Cloudy pried Midnight off, ignoring her weak attempts at battering the boy with her paws, and cuddled her in her lap. Since all of her Pokemon, like Kiawe's Charizard and Turtonator, were too big to sit inside the restaurant, she was glad to have the soft company. "C'mere, Mid, you can sit with me. That food smells so good!"

As the brunette laughed at her silver-haired sister, she noticed Pikachu wandering toward the scent, though she assumed he was just going to check it out. She doubted Mallow would mind- perhaps even appreciate the help- so Luna didn't bother stopping him.

Of course, she instantly regret that decision when a gigantic lightning bolt erupted from the kitchen, startling everyone at the table.

"What's going on in there!?" Ash exclaimed, alarmed.

By the confused gasps of everyone else, Luna assumed they had no idea, either.
