Heeseung's POV

As I awoke from a restless slumber, a searing pain coursed through my head, almost as if a storm raged within my skull. Disoriented and in agony, I tried to push myself up, but my limbs felt like numb, and my vision blurred.

With trembling hands, I fumbled for the nightstand, searching for the familiar bottle of pain medication that had become my nightly ritual. To my shock, the bottle was empty. Panic began to set in as the relentless pounding in my head intensified. "Agh, fuck." I groaned in pain.

I needed relief, and I needed it fast. Staggering and stumbling, I made my way to the bathroom, my vision swaying with each step. The stark, cold tiles met my bare feet as I reached the medicine cabinet, my shaky hands rummaging through it desperately.

There it was a new bottle of medication, prescribed to alleviate my chronic headaches. Without hesitation, I popped the cap and emptied more pills than I should have into my trembling palm. Desperation overrode reason, I needed this pain to end.

I swallowed the pills dry, feeling them slide down my throat like a lifeline. My breathing was ragged, my heart pounding in my chest. The pain in my head seemed to scream louder, threatening to consume me.

In my delirious state, I muttered a name, a name that had been both my salvation and my torment "Sunoo" It was as if my unconscious mind sought solace in his presence.

As I stumbled back to the bedroom, darkness encroached on my vision. "S-Sunoo..." My legs gave way beneath me, and I collapsed onto the floor. The pain was relentless, but I was powerless to fight it any longer.

I cried out, but my voice was a mere whisper. My consciousness slipped away like a ship into the night, leaving me to the mercy of the darkness.

In the haze of my fading awareness, I was vaguely aware of a voice, a distant shout, but it was drowned out by the overwhelming darkness that swallowed me whole.

As consciousness slowly returned, I found myself lying in my own bed, bathed in soft, filtered sunlight. My head still throbbed, but it was a dull ache now, no longer the searing pain that had tormented me before. I blinked, trying to focus, and that's when I saw Sunoo sitting in a chair by my bedside, watching me with concern etched into his features.

I managed a weak smile. "Sun..."

He leaned forward, his eyes searching for mine. "Are you feeling better?"

I nodded slowly, though the dizziness still lingered. "Thanks to you, I suppose. You didn't go to school?"

"I took care of you..." He said as he reached for a glass of water on the nightstand and held it out to me. I accepted it gratefully, sipping the cool liquid. Sunoo's gaze never left me, his eyes filled with a mix of emotions.

"You scared me," he admitted softly.

I sighed, setting the glass aside. "I'm sorry. My headaches can be... unbearable."

Sunoo's expression softened, and he tentatively reached out, placing a hand on my forehead. His touch was gentle, as if he were checking for any lingering signs of pain. "You really should be more careful with your medication, Hee."

I chuckled weakly. "I suppose so."

There was a moment of silence, a weighty pause hanging in the air. I knew we needed to address the events of the past few days, the strange and unexpected closeness that had developed between us. But I didn't know where to begin, and Sunoo seemed just as uncertain.

Guilt washed over me. I had hoped to be strong for him, to shield him from my darker moments, but here he was, taking care of me. "I'm sorry," I muttered.
