Sunoo's POV
*SLASH*
I jolted awake from the sharp pain, a fresh cut on my thigh bleeding heavily. Panting, I looked up to see Sungjin, his smile giving a twisted satisfaction. He placed a tray down and then moved behind me, unlocking the cuffs that held me to the chair. My body slumped to the floor, too weak to do anything but lie there.
"Look at you," Sungjin sneered. "I wonder how you, a weak bitch, killed my son. Pathetic. You just asked for help from your husband."
I was so tired of his accusations. He had no idea what really happened, and I didn't have the energy to explain it. Instead, I decided to save my strength and remained silent. Sungjin finally left, leaving me alone in the cold, dimly lit room.
With great effort, I dragged myself toward the tray of food. What the fuck is this? Raw meat? I examined it closely and saw a bone sticking out. An idea formed in my mind. Weakly, I began to debone the meat, my hands trembling. Once I had the bone free, I hid it in my pocket. It wasn't much, but it was something. If I could just hang on a little longer, maybe I'd find a way out of this nightmar-

Suddenly an alarm blared, the noise piercing my ears. I could hear commotion outside. My heart pounded with hope and fear. Please, let it be Heeseung. I prayed silently, trying to gather the strength to get up.
A gunshot rang out just outside the door, making me jump. I forced myself to limp toward the door, stopping when I saw Heeseung through the small window. Relief washed over me, and tears filled my eyes. Heeseung shot the door lock and flung the door open.
"Sunoo!" Heeseung's voice was raw with emotion as he rushed to me, pulling me into a tight hug. I could feel his hands shaking as he examined my injuries, his eyes welling up with tears at the sight of what they'd done to me.
"L-let's go, come on," he said, his voice cracking. He supported me as we moved, determined to get us both out of this hellhole. Every step was agony, but with Heeseung by my side, I found the strength to keep going. We had to make it out. We had to survive.
We were running as fast as we could, my legs screaming in pain with each step. Suddenly, a man lunged at Heeseung, sending both of them crashing to the ground. Heeseung's gun slipped from his grasp. Without thinking, I grabbed the bone I'd hidden in my pocket and stepped in.
I stabbed the man over and over, driven by a primal need to protect Heeseung and the anger and the exhaustion I-
Blood splattered everywhere, covering my face and hands. I didn't stop until Heeseung's voice broke through my frenzy.
"S-Sunoo, stop! That's enough, it's okay!" He pulled me back, his eyes wide with shock and concern.
We were met by Niki and Minho, who quickly escorted me to a van while more gunshots erupted around us. Heeseung stopped outside the van and spoke into his earpiece, "I have Sunoo, let's get out of here."
Jay, Jake, San, and other men emerged from the building, San throwing a grenade inside. The explosion rocked the ground, and then everything seemed to happen in slow motion...

Heeseung stumbled, red blooming on his shirt as three shots hit him. "No!" I screamed, my voice breaking. Minho quickly pulled him inside the van, pressing his hands against the wounds to staunch the bleeding.
"HOSPITAL, NOW!" Minho shouted to the driver. I clung to Heeseung, tears streaming down my face. "Please, Hee, hold on. Please."
Heeseung's eyes fluttered open, and he managed a weak smile. "I'm not going anywhere."
