Sunghoon's POV

As our team arrived at the hotel in Louisiana, Jungwon instructed us to wait for his signal before making any moves. Night fell, and I decided to take a solitary walk outside. Stumbling upon a tranquil lake, I couldn't shake the feeling of familiarity in the air.

Suddenly, a voice echoed, calling out, "Heeseung?" I turned to see Sunoo, and a vivid flashback washed over me.

~FLASHBACK~

We were in the rain, staring into each other's eyes, raindrops falling around us like nature's symphony.

In that moment, I moved closer, breaking the silence. "Did your parents know you didn't go to prom?" I asked, while Sunoo shook his head.

I reached into my pocket and produced a necklace, a token of my affection. "This is a sign of my love, always wear it, hm?" I expressed, placing it around Sunoo's neck. My words "I love you" hung in the air, a testament to the depth of our connection.

Sunoo hugged me, "I love you more." Even if the rain was pouring, the connection between us never washed away.

~END OF FLASHBACK~

Back in the present, I noticed Sunoo wearing a different necklace. Overwhelmed with emotions, I approached him. "S-Sunoo..." I uttered, my voice carrying a mix of longing and regret. A hug ensued, bridging the gap between the past and the present.

The tranquility shattered when a voice rang out, "SUNOO!" The voice shouted, calling Sunoo's name.

It was Heeseung.

"Heeseung, please," Sunoo implored, desperation in his voice.

Heeseung, agitated, responded, "What the hell do you think you're doing?"

I stood frozen as Heeseung's hand connected with Sunoo's face, a resounding slap echoing in the night air. My instinct to help kicked in, but Seohyun's gun cocking halted me in my tracks. The tension escalated, the weight of the situation heavy in the air.

Heeseung, his eyes ablaze with a mixture of fury and desperation, posed a chilling ultimatum. "Choose, Sunoo. Be with Sunghoon in his grave, or let him live, but come with me."

Tears welled up in Sunoo's eyes as he glanced between me and Heeseung. The heart-wrenching decision hung in the air, each passing moment intensifying the emotional turmoil.

In a trembling voice, Sunoo spoke, "Let's talk in the house." Heeseung seized Sunoo's arm, dragging him away while I shouted, vowing to get Sunoo back.

Fumbling for my phone, I called the others, desperately relaying the dire situation. Their promises to come swiftly offered a glimmer of hope in the face of this harrowing night.

Heeseung POV

Rage surged through me as I roughly shoved Sunoo into the car. Seohyun and Jinho flanked him in the backseat, their grip keeping him captive as I drove at reckless speeds. The anger in my heart dictated my actions, each turn reflecting the turmoil within.

Pulling up to our home, I denied Sunoo the chance to walk. Instead, I seized him by the hair, dragging him with forceful determination up to the confines of our house. Inside, the air thick with tension, I unleashed my frustration with another resounding slap across Sunoo's face, the sound reverberating through the walls.

"Why won't you just fucking change?!" I bellowed, the desperation evident in my voice. Despite my relentless efforts to transform for him, Sunoo's fixation on that version of Park Sunghoon remained unwavering.
