Alice's POV

I was sitting in front of my vanity straightening my jet black hair for prom. I was watching mine and Allan's music video for his band. I was the lead girl in The End Of Prom Night. I miss Allan. I haven't seen him in a year. He was my best friend and then he left to pursue his music career. He hasn't even bothered to text or call me. I knew he cut off his lovely long locks and got short hair eight months ago. I finished getting ready and slipped on my short black prom dress. I sighed wishing Allan was here. I was always madly in love with him. I showed up at prom with some guy from the high school football team. He soon ditched me after two hours and started dancing with some cheerleader. I honestly didn't care, I was enjoying the night with my friends. I was slow dancing with my best friend Maddie and I heard the doors swing open. I didn't bother to look. The music stopped and I heard the familiar opening cords. I looked up and saw Allan dressed in his Jeremy 13th shirt and white ripped skinnies. His hair grew back out and he still had his lip piercing. I pushed forward through all the people. I stood there smiling at Allan. He smiled back at me. They finished performing and surprisingly everyone clapped for them. "Now we are going to announce the Prom Queen!" Allan said. Everyone went crazy. I started walking away from the stage because I know I didn't win. "And the Prom Queen is...." Allan said. Niko did a dramatic drum roll. "Alice Collins." He said. I stopped walking and turned around. He motioned for me to come up on stage. I walked up and he placed the crown on my head. I looked over and that douche for a date I came with was prom king. Me and douchebag walked to the center of the room and started dancing to The Dreadful Lullaby. By the end his hands were on my ass. We broke apart. He tried to kiss me but I pushed him away and ran. Allan looked at me and I kept running. I stood out in the hallway to try and catch my breath. Douchebag came out and glared at me he slapped me across the face and I fell to the ground sobbing. I felt strong arms around me. "Alice, it's going to be okay. I'm here now." The voice said. I turned my head and saw Allan. "You stopped calling me and texting me. Why should I believe you now?" I asked. I searched his eyes for the answer I desperately wanted. "Because you are my best friend Ali, I care about you so much and it killed me not being able to talk to you but I thought it would be better for you." He said. "I could never forget my best friend." I said. He kissed my forehead and held me tightly. "Bobo kicked that guy's ass for you." He said. I laughed and smiled. Bobo was basically my big brother. He was always looking out for me. Allan put his finger under my chin and lifted it to his face. I looked into those beautiful brown eyes and smiled. He leaned down and planted a soft passionate kiss on my lips. "Alice, I love you. I always have. I stopped contacting you because I thought it would be easier to forget about me while I was gone." He said. "Allan, I could never in a million years forget about you. I love you." I said kissing him. He kissed back. "May I have a dance with the prom queen?" He asked. I nodded. He helped me up and I fixed my dress. We walked into the prom and everyone was gone. I actually liked that. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist. We slowly danced to Clair De Lune. I looked up at Allan and he smiled at me. I missed those brown eyes so much. I stood on my tiptoes and kissed him. He spun me around and kissed the tip of my nose. He lifted me up onto his feet and we finished our dance. The guys clapped and I blushed. I hugged them all. I missed Bobo the most. "Bobo, don't leave your little sis behind ever again." I said. "Wouldn't dream of it since Allan has come to take his Cinderella home." He said. I looked at Allan and he smiled. I ran into his arms and kissed him. We all walked outside and Allan and I got in his motorcycle. We sped off to my apartment and gathered my things. We shipped everything to his house. "Cinderella, your chariot has arrived." He said. I laughed and we went for a midnight ride on his motorcycle. I buried my face into his back. "I love you, Allan." I said. "I love you too, Alice." He said.
