Beside You (Luke Hemmings)

Mia's POV

I cuddled into my blankets and started to call Luke. It was 11 here in Sydney and I was heading to bed. Luke has just gotten off stage about two hours ago so he should be showered and in bed in his hotel. He is off in Spain on tour. At least we are close in time for now. He has been gone on tour since February this year. He is on the 5 days 5 countries tour right now. "Hey baby." Luke said yawning. "Hi Luke." I said smiling weakly. It hits me how much I miss him. He has been gone for a few months now. "Mia, what's wrong?" he asked. "I just miss you." I said. "Mia, I know you that isn't it." He said. "I just hate sleeping alone Luke. I can barely fall asleep and sometimes I lie awake most of the night. I'm so lonely without you. I wish you realized how serious I was when I said don't leave when I drop you off at the airport." I said trying to not show my tears. "Mia, I love you and I am sorry that I am always on the road. I promise you that I will be home soon." He said. "Luke, I can't do this. I can't be alone all the time. I'm sorry. I love you remember that." I said crying as I hung up my phone. Luke kept trying to call me back but I didn't answer. I haven't spoken to Luke since the beginning of April. It's April 30 now and I know I shouldn't go see him perform but this is their hometown tour. I pulled on my clothes and headed to the venue to see Luke one last time.

Luke's POV

After Mia hung up on me on that night in April, I have been trying to get a hold of her ever since. We have made it to Sydney for our hometown show and I drove over to her apartment. She wasn't there but I packed a bag of her things for her to come with us on tour while we were in Australia. Tonight is the first night of tour so it will be amazing to see her. I called her but her phone was left in her apartment. I picked it up and headed back to the bus. I can go back to her apartment and get her later. I know she kind of seemed to have broken up with me but I am not loosing this girl. I got back to the venue and had to go on stage. I saw all the screaming fans and smiled. I looked out and I saw Mia. My heart melted seeing her out there. We went through the set and it was time to sing Beside You. I wrote this song for Mia a long time ago the first time I left for a long tour. She never knew though. I looked over at Calum. He knew what was going on with Mia and me. "This song is called Beside You and it is for my lovely girlfriend Mia. I love you baby and my heart feels at home whenever I am with you. You are my home Mia." I said. We started playing and whenever I was singing I looked right into her eyes. She was crying. As soon as we finished I jumped off the stage and ran over. "I love you whenever I am gone I always wish I am beside you. You are the most important thing to me Mia. I love you with all my heart." I said kissing her. She kissed me back and wrapped her arms around me. I lead her backstage. "The guys and I talked and you are coming on tour with us while we are in Australia. Oh and I am taking you on tour with us when we leave with One Direction. I am not leaving you behind anymore baby. I don't want you sleeping alone. I love you." I said. She cried into my chest. "I love you so much Luke." She said. I smiled and kissed her head. "Well let me show you where you are sleeping for the next week and a half." I said. She smiled and we headed onto the bus. I showed her to my bunk. She smiled as she saw all the pictures of the two of us. "Can we cuddle?" she asked. "Let me shower and then of course." I said. She nodded and I went to shower. I took a quick one and I came back to find Mia snuggled into my blankets in one of my tee shirts. I smiled and climbed into next to her. "I love you Luke." She said. "I love you more Mia." I said. I kissed her lightly and she buried her face into chest. "Home." I whispered as I fell asleep with her in my arms.
