Better Off Alive (Gabe Barham)

Allie's POV

Kellin always thought I was joking when I said I felt like this place isn't where I belong and that he was going to miss me when I was gone. Kellin thought he helped me through my self-harm but he didn't. I made him feel like he did because I didn't want to fail him. The first time I told him I wanted to end it all that's when he stepped in to help me. It worked at first but now it is worse. I made jokes time to time about my self-harm hoping someone would catch on and help me. I really need help but not Kellin's. Gabe was always my saving grace. I love him so much. HE got a girlfriend. She is really pretty and they deserve each other. I know Gabe would never fall for a girl like me. Although when they broke up three months later Gabe didn't seem affected by it. He spent more time with me and it made me happy. Now the guys are on tour and I can't handle the name calling from the fans and the pictures of Gabe with girls. I sighed and looked at the razor balanced in between my fingers. I gut vertically up my arms and sat in the tub. I looked at my phone and saw Gabe calling. He calls every night to check on me. "Hey." I said weakly. "Hi, what's up." He said. "I'm watching my favorite movie. Better Off Dead." I said and with that I hung up.

Gabe's POV

Something is highly wrong. I ran to the front of the bus we aren't that far from Allie's apartment. "We need to go to Allie's now." I said. The bus driver nodded and turned around. "Why are we going to see my sister?" Kellin asked. "I fear you may not have a sister if we don't get to her apartment soon." I said. Kellin had tears in his eyes. As soon as we pulled up, I jumped out and ran up all the stairs. Kellin behind me. I kicked down the front door and searched everywhere for Allie. I found her in her tub bleeding to death. "Allie!" I screamed. She turned her head to face me weakly. "No angel no." I said. Kellin was already calling 911 to get an ER prepped. I scooped her up and began running to the hospital screwing the bus and traffic. "Hey Gabe." Allie whispered to me. "Yeah." I whispered. "I always loved you. Goodbye." She said. Her eyes closed. I screamed out in pain. I ran into the hospital and they whisked her away. I paced around the waiting room and the guys joined me. Kellin knew how I felt about his sister and didn't mind one bit. Finally a doctor came out five hours later. "We have her stabilized now she needs to wake up." He said. He pointed us to our room and I ran there. "Allie, I know you can hear me and I love you too so when you wake up and get out of here, we are going on a date and I won't take no for an answer." I said kissing her passionately. "I'll settle for a date here." She whispered. I looked down and she was awake. I smiled and kissed her again. I finally broke down crying. "I almost lost you." I whimpered. "I am sorry Gabe. I promise to get better for you for us." She said. I started crying over the thought of loosing her. "Gabe, baby, wake up." I heard an angel voice calling to me. "Allie." I said. "Hi baby. You were crying in your sleep again." She said. I took her hands in mine and kissed her wrists. "I thank god every day for not loosing you all those years ago." I said. She blushed and I kissed her. "Your daughter is looking for you to help her with her music project." She said. "You still wish there wasn't two drummers in the house don't you." I smirked. "Yes because it is so loud here half the time but I do like drummers. They hit it harder." She said nipping at my earlobe as she whispered the last part. "Don't start something you know we can't finish Mrs. Barham." I whispered to her. "I intend on finishing it later Mr. Barham." She said. I smiled and kissed her. I headed into the living room to help our lovely daughter. I turned around to face Allie. "Seriously, you are my angel. Never forget that. I am so happy I got to marry you and have a beautiful daughter with you." I said. "I'll never forget because I had you tattoo it on me right over my heart." She said. I smiled and went to go help my little princess.
