Be Strong For Me (Danny Worsnop)

Danielle's POV

"I promise you I will love you forever and nothing will ever keep me from you." Danny said as he kissed me goodbye. "I will see you tomorrow." I said kissing him goodbye. I watched him walk to his car. I headed inside my house and plopped down on the couch with my big brother. "I guess someone is happy." Ben said. I smiled and rested my head on him. "Goodnight." I said. I headed up to my bed and fell asleep. I woke up the next morning and already heard the guys practicing. I heard someone singing who wasn't Danny. I scrambled out of bed and ran downstairs. Danny wasn't there. "Who the fuck is this guy?" I asked angry. "Danny, this is Dennis. He is out new lead singer. Danny has left the band." Ben said. "Where is he?" I said. "I don't want you near him. I'm scared of what is going to become of him. Please if you love me stay away from Danny." Ben said. I started crying. "You, you better take care of this band. You will never live up to Danny. Danny is the only lead singer of this band. You are just some stupid asshole they picked up off the street." I screamed at Dennis and left. "She doesn't mean it. She is just upset." I heard Ben say as I left. I went to call Danny but the number was disconnected. I ran to Danny's house and barged in. "Why didn't you tell me you were leaving the band?" I asked him crying. "I had to close that chapter of my life. Nothing will ever change my love for you. I love you Danielle." He said. "Well Ben won't let me be with you because he don't know if you can stay strong." I said. "I will stay strong because you are my reason to. I don't need the drugs and alcohol because I have you." Danny said. "Try telling Ben that. I can't see you anymore Danny. I love you so much but Ben is my brother and I respect him." I said. "I understand. I will fight for you Danielle." He said kissing me. I kissed him back and ran out of his house crying. Ben has refused to listen to Danny. It has been almost a year since I have seen Danny. I barely leave my room. I cry every day. I barely eat. I think I eat one meal a day at least. "Danielle, will you please get dressed so we can go out." Ben said. "Just take me the way I am." I said. I was wearing one of Danny's shirts and PJ shorts. I have a blanket wrapped around me. I haven't washed my hair in a week so it is gross and my face is all puffy and red. He sighed and scooped me up. He placed me in his car and Sam started driving. Ben brushed my hair and braided it. We pulled up to where we were going and I shuffled inside. "This song is for the girl I love most in the world. I am so happy this tour is over so I can go home and get her back. This is Someday." A voice said. The music started playing and I heard that angelic voice. I looked up with tears in my eyes. It was Danny.

"Does he know were here?" I asked Ben He shook his head no. Danny climbed off stage and a girl I recognized ran over to kiss him. She kissed him and hugged him tightly. I started crying. Ben held me tightly. It was stupid Markie. I was soon angry. I stormed over to Danny. "So much for fighting for me you asshole! Ben was right!" I screamed slapping him. I headed back over to Ben and we left. I headed up to my room. "I'm really sorry Danielle. I thought he had changed and stayed strong." Ben said. "It isn't your fault." I said weakly heading up to bed. I climbed into my bed crying. "Danielle, please stop crying." It was Danny. "Why you gave up on trying to get me?" I said. "Danielle, I never gave up. I have worked so hard to be strong for you. Markie kissed me. I don't want her. I want you. Someday was written for you. You are my angel. I love you and only you. I'm guessing since Ben brought you to the concert tonight he is okay with us being together." He said. I smiled a little and sat up. Danny climbed onto my bed and kissed me. "I have never and will never give up on fighting to keep you by my side." Danny said.
