Lucky I'm in Love with My Best Friend (Vic Fuentes)

Scarlett’s POV

“Scar, it is time to go.” Mike yelled up. I ran down the stairs and tackled Vic to the ground. “Ready for a fun summer?” he asked. “Yes, since I am with my best friend in the whole world.” I said kissing his cheek. He blushed and we got up. I loaded my things onto the bus and we took off for the first stop. Tony and I were acting like idiots. We were both highly drunk singing along to Disney songs. Vic, Mike and Jaime were laughing at us. I tripped and fell onto Vic’s lap. “Hey sexy.” I said giggling. “Someone is ready for bed.” He said. He picked me up and changed me into my pajamas. He tucked me into bed and kissed my forehead. “I love you, Vic.” I said snuggling into the covers. I fell asleep with dreams of Vic and I cuddling in a bed with our daughter. I woke up scared as to why I dreamed that. “What’s going on?” Jaime asked dangling his head down from his bunk. “Nothing.” I said moving away. “Seriously, Scarlett, talk to me.” He said. I sighed and explained my dream to him. “We both know you both have feelings for each other.” He said. I nodded. “I will try and talk to him.” I said. I climbed out of my bunk and went to search for Vic. “Where is your brother?” I asked Mike. “He went off with Kellin.” He said. I sighed and placed my head in my hands. “You finally going to tell him?” he asked. I nodded. He started cheering with happiness. The day went by quickly and I didn’t have time to talk to Vic. We are now at the opening night party. I was piss drunk and I was looking for Vic. I finally found him. “Victor, I love you.” I said. “I know I love you too.” He said. “No, no, no, I love you. I seriously love you.” I said. He smiled and kissed me passionately picking me up. He carried me back to the bus and threw me on the couch. He started doing a drunken strip tease. I laughed and pulled off my clothes. The next thing I knew was we were having sex. I loved having his hands all over my body. The feeling of his warm breath on my neck, his kisses all over my skin. I woke up the next morning and found myself in my bunk dressed and Vic in his bunk. I was so confused. Maybe it was just a dream but it feels so real and I remember all of it. A month has passed since then and I am feeling a little sick. I am with Kellin now and I am going to watch Sleeping With Sirens perform. I started feeling dizzy and with that I fainted. I woke up in a hospital room with Kellin. “What happened?” I asked. “You passed out from heat stroke and you’re pregnant.” He said. My jaw dropped. “Do you know who the father is?” he asked. I nodded and started crying. All the Pierce The Veil guys came running in. I began crying more. “Guys, can I have a minute?” Vic asked. The guys all walked out. “What happened? Why are you crying?” he asked. “I had a heat stroke and you wouldn’t care. You don’t remember.” I said. He looked at me concerned. “I’m pregnant. A month ago we had drunken sex but I remember every single second of it and I love you Victor Fuentes. I am sorry but I love you. I can’t deny it any longer.” I sobbed. He wiped away my tears and kissed me. “I remember too. I remember because that night I made love to the only woman in the world that I will love. I love you too Scarlett Avery. I always have ever since you pushed me down in the sandbox when we were kids.” He said. I smiled and kissed him back. “I hope it’s a girl.” He said kissing my stomach. I blushed. Here we are now, five years later. “I love you.” Vic said kissing my head. We had just put little Darling to bed. We seriously named her Darling because when we were talking about baby names Mike made a joke about us naming her Darling since in practically every song Vic sings Darling and we fell in love with the name. Our little Darling Eva Fuentes. Vic turned on The Notebook and I snuggled into his arms. I soon heard the pitter patter of feet in the hallway. “Do you hear that?” I whispered into his ear. He nodded. He turned off the movie and there stood Darling at the door. I held out my arms and she climbed into bed. “Another nightmare?” I asked her. She nodded and cuddled up between Vic and I. Vic kissed her forehead. “I will always be here to protect you from anything including the monsters, mi pequeño querido.” (My little darling) he said. I turned off the lights in our room and we all snuggled up together. I kissed Vic goodnight. “I’m lucky I’m in love with my best friend.” Vic sang. “Shut it, Mr. Fuentes. It is bed time.” I said. “I love you too, Mrs. Fuentes.” He said. I blew him a kiss and with that I fell asleep curled up next to my beautiful baby girl and holding Vic’s hand.
